La ubicación es perfecta al lado del metro y de zona de restauración. Hizo mucho calor así que el aire acondicionado se agradece. Fácil accesibilidad.
Nos tocó la habitación que daba a la calle principal y se oye muchísimo el tranvía, por otro lado, no sé si podría haber posibilidad de dos tipos de almohadas de diferentes durezas, para mí, eran incómodas.

La ubicación era fantástica. El check in y out muy bien gestionados.La rapidez en la resolución de incidencias y dudas.
Los estándares de limpieza y mantenimiento no se acercaban a los nuestros. El mantenimiento era evidente que no estaba al día...cables sueltos, alguna sábana rota. La sensación era que estaba un poco destartalado.
