It has a really good location, literally in the center of the city. Nice apartment, really comfortable. It has AC. It was really good place to stay. Host was really kind and always available.

The location was absolutely perfect. The host was very helpful and responsive. He helped us secure transportation to the airport.

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Milan on foot and by public transportation. The apartment was also spacious and offered a comfortable amount of room for our group. Once inside, the property was generally pleasant and served its purpose well.

The check-in process was frustrating. Despite informing the host in advance about our arrival plans, the access instructions provided did not work when I arrived late at night, leaving me unable to enter the property until the issue was resolved. For a self check-in property, access instructions should be clear and reliable. There were also some maintenance issues during the stay. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor, and the air-conditioning system did not appear to cool the apartment. Additionally, the black towels made it difficult to assess cleanliness and hygiene standards, which may be a concern for some guests.
