Die super zentrale Lage war ein großer Vorteil! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für vier Personen perfekt – geräumig und gemütlich. Besonders nett fand ich, dass zur Begrüßung bereits Kaffee und Kekse bereitstanden und sogar Wasser im Kühlschrank war. Das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend! Auch ein Supermarkt war ganz in der Nähe. Die vielen Spiegel an den Wänden haben mir außerdem sehr gut gefallen und der Wohnung einen schönen Touch verliehen.

La localizacion, la comidad de las camas.
Incomodo que solo hay un baño en la plana de arriba. Ibamos con alguien que mide 1,90 y no se podia poner de pie recto en la planta alta.. Esto debe de avisarse! El edificio esta en construccion casi entero asi que la entrada, ascencosr y escalera llenas de polvo.. Pero insisto... la latura de la parte de arriba del duplex debe avisarse!!!

Limpieza, comodidad, decoración y ubicación.
En lo personal nada porque mi grupo familiar tiene la altura justa para el entrepiso, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta si mides más de 170 cm.

הדירה היתה חדשה המיקום היה מעולה איפה שכל הבארים
התקרה של הדירה נמוכה קיצונית 2.0 גג הדירה ממוקמת באתר בניה כרגע הבניין בשיפוץ .הדלת של הדירה לא נסגרת לפעמים צריך להחליף מנעול בדחיפות . בתוך הדירה יש מדרגות צרות מאד וזה להגיע לאמבטיה ולחדר שינה. הדירה מתאימה רק לזוג מאחר והספה בסלון נפתחת אבל לא נוחה לשינה אולי לילד/ה עד גיל 12 זה יכול להיות נהדר
