La localizacion, la comidad de las camas.
Incomodo que solo hay un baño en la plana de arriba. Ibamos con alguien que mide 1,90 y no se podia poner de pie recto en la planta alta.. Esto debe de avisarse! El edificio esta en construccion casi entero asi que la entrada, ascencosr y escalera llenas de polvo.. Pero insisto... la latura de la parte de arriba del duplex debe avisarse!!!

Limpieza, comodidad, decoración y ubicación.
En lo personal nada porque mi grupo familiar tiene la altura justa para el entrepiso, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta si mides más de 170 cm.

Right in the heart of Brera - best location to stay in Milan in our opinion. Easy taxi ride from Milano Centrale station. Close to so many great shops, restaurants and other attractions. Price of the apartment is very good for the area. The representative for the owning company was very responsive and always friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Beds comfortable (lower one is a sofa bed, but a good one). Pretty much everything inside is very new, modern and clean.
This is an apartment that has 2 floors as a result of splitting a historically one-level unit into two. As a result, the ceilings are low on both levels, and I would not highly recommend it for people taller than 185 cm (about 6'1" or so).
The upstairs bedroom is a bit noisy at times since the ceiling is so close to the floor of the upstairs neighbors. But it didn't impact our sleep. There were no super loud situations above.

התקרה של הדירה נמוכה קיצונית 2.0 גג הדירה ממוקמת באתר בניה כרגע הבניין בשיפוץ .הדלת של הדירה לא נסגרת לפעמים צריך להחליף מנעול בדחיפות . בתוך הדירה יש מדרגות צרות מאד וזה להגיע לאמבטיה ולחדר שינה. הדירה מתאימה רק לזוג מאחר והספה בסלון נפתחת אבל לא נוחה לשינה אולי לילד/ה עד גיל 12 זה יכול להיות נהדר
