Number House - Number 11

The staff was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

The first room was really really good, checkin was easy, I really enjoyed it, building was great in really good location but they had to move me to another room in the last day for some maintenance thing

The other room wasn't the same as I had booked, way inferior and had many problems, blinds wouldn't close so it was boiling hot inside but at least they came and fixed it. What I hated was that my checkout time in the first room was at 11, on the second it was at 10, I was hoping to get what I paid for yet I had cleaning staff bothering me twice in there at 10 insisting I had to leave. Checkout at 10 for a tiny studio like that should be illegal, there's no way they need this much time to clean such a small space that was used for one day. Also the bed in this second room wasn't comfortable. I'd be more okay with the change if they at least kept the original checkout time or upgraded me to a better room not a worse one

Beds not very comfortable.

The location of the property is good.

The staff/owner’s communication. Also the kitchen is just for the name sake. It was challenging to check-in due to the confusing communication.
