Milan Design Flats

I liked everything! First, the easy instruction of how to collect the key. Second, the cute guest package that waited in the apartment was so kind. I loved the design of the apartment and its great location. Thanks a lot! Will definitely want to come back.

The current noise from the street, due to the construction site, was sometimes not so comfortable cause the workers were parking right next to the windows and made a lot of noise. I would suggest adding a towel and paper towel in the kitchen, cause it was realy missing and I think it's a small thing.

David who was there on behalf of the rental company was very pleasant and accommodating. We communicated on Whatsapp a few days in advance to confirm my booking and he even gave me directions how to get to the apartment from the airport. I asked him to check me in a little earlier and he agreed to accommodate the request. Unfortunately, I ended up running late, but David accommodated me further by leaving detailed instructions and videos on how to get in. The apartment’s location is great. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the metro station (Repubblica that takes you to Milano Centrale), a 15-20 minute walk to Duomo and La Scala theatre. There are also bus and tram stops nearby. Most of the time I ended up walking around. The welcome kit had water bottles, tea and coffee pods and detergent for the small washing machine in the apartment (very handy and helped save on laundry for the rest of my trip).

I felt the apartment could use a bit of a touch up on the floors and the walls, but it was a minor thing. There was construction happening within the building but it was something outside of the company’s control and only happened during the day.

So spacious, clean and comfortable.

The noise but it is from upstairs, earplugs will do the job.

it was comfortable in general. location is great.

it is a basement and is way DARKER than on the picture. it is a place very nice for the evening but during the day you don't want to stay in door. if you are looking for a place to just spend the night. it is a nice choice but if you want to have a home experience, look for somewhere else. You don’t want to stay underground during the day.
