Quiet and beautiful apartment to stay

Beautiful place, it took us a minute to figure out the location but the apartments were lovely, super clean, bathrooms were great. I would absolutely stay here again!

It is a spacious flat with a lot of amenities. Check in was very easy

The location - no car access just pedestrian and it's a problem with luggages. Very inconvenient The staff is professional but not flexible or accommodating at all, with simple requests The apartment is old and quite dark. The building is old and not kept well

The rooms are clean, with two spacious ones that fit six people comfortably. The location is convenient, and the nearby laESSE offers plenty of essentials for cooking while traveling.

Providing bedside charging ports would be a nice added convenience.

Perfect

It was perfect location , great host , heating in the apartment and bathroom nice and warm . Host was in touch whenever needed and very helpful . I cannot fault it . When we go back to Milan we will stay in the same place. Amazing

Lovely cosy and central location stay

All the amenities were there and even had some treats like coffee, tea,water. Extras like toiletries and extra duvet for warm.

A super clean and comfortable apartment in the nice location but with tedious check-in experience.

Great location, super clean and spacious apartment for 4 people. The bed is super, super comfortable. There are a lot of closets. There is a nice balcony to enjoy.

The check-in process is not very smooth. We have to fill up all the passport information online and pay the city tax for online check-in. After the online check-in, we are not receiving the passcode automatically at the claimed check-in time until we urge them. Our apartment is still not ready then. We waited another 20 minutes for it to be ready. Note that even there is a full kitchen in the apartment, there is no coffee in the room.

A very spacious, comfortable apartment that we really enjoyed.

This is indeed a charming apartment. It was our first stop in Italy and having the coffee provided was a bonus we appreciated. The host gave us some very good recommendations for places to dine. I would love to go back to Milan and would definitely stay here again.

There is really nothing negative I can say about this apartment. It was large but still cozy. We did use the washing machine and wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space. If I came back to Milan I would definitely book this again.

Easy check-in, well-equipped, good location. Was perfect for going to La Scala.

Nice location but needs some care

The location is wonderful.

The apartment is nice but could use some care… upstairs shower doesn’t feel clean. Footmarks stains between stairs. As for communication, I had hot water issue- it changed from hot to cold several times during shower, but no one answered me on WhatsApp.

Beautiful apartment in Brera without access for cars so you will have to walk a few metres

I liked that there was a lift to the appartments. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was great. The location was very central but we were not able to taxi to the door. We were dropped off quite near and carried or pulled our luggage to the address. This was a little difficult when we needed to go to the train station to get to Malpensa airport.

Difficult communication . I wanted to have a late check out but the only way was to book another night, which I did and that was fine. It would have helped to have an email outlining our booking as I was not sure if in booking another night I had booked two nights in the same room or was going to be moved in the morning. The host reassured my daughter ,who speaks Italian, on the phone on the day before we arrived that it was all in place and we would be in the same appartment for 2 nights. We in fact left at 5:30pm on the day after we arrived, to go to the airport. So the apartment was vacant for the night I paid for.

The apartment was very clean, roomy and a convenient location for shopping, public transport &dining

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The bed was previously damaged and the owner had maintenance there very quickly to assess repair work. Sound proofing from the traffic was excellent.

The bed was previously damaged, and a temporary repair did not last for the duration of our stay. The washing machine door broke and we could not use it. The temperature/heating in the room was too hot and we could not adjust this without running an airconditioner (which we didnt). We left the balcony doors open to cool the room down.

This apartment is great! Amazing location and great setup for our night In Milan.

The windows of the apartment are on the louder street and train track but it’s only loud later at night and early morning, in the middle of the night it is quiet. I think a little fan or white noise would solve this.

Apartment with great location in the middle of Brera, close to everything - but it can be very noisy

The location of the apartment is perfect. In the middle of Brera - with a lot of shops, restaurants etc very near. Pinacoteca di Brera just around the corner. Easy to walk to Duomo, main shopping streets. No need for taxi or tram. Hosts were all very friendly and the communication was easy and quick all the time.

The apartment is very noisy, so take your ear plugs with you. We were prepared - it is Milano - so it is part of the hustle of the city. But still the noise level and vibrations from the trams was a total surprise. Our flat was on 2nd floor. If you sleep light - ask a room on Via Madonnina side, which is a quiet pedestrian street. What was not OK was the boiler. The last night the boiler in the room (hidden in a half-open closet in the middle of the apartment) made a terrible noise all night long - even if no water was used. Boiling, bubbling, fizzing. Very unconfortable.

Excellent stay in Milan with my 2 adult daughters

The apartment is located in an excellent area of Milan and easily accessed by the M2 metro. The rooms are very spacious and airy. The bathroom is big and modern. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan. The communication with the property prior to our stay was good with very clear directions sent by WhatsApp the morning we landed in Milan.

Great apartment, very spacious, beautiful terrace, practical for a family of four, love the location

We stayed in a one-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-storey apartment on the third floor. The entry floor had a converted sofabed (large enough for two people) plus a large bathroom, small kitchen area, and clothes washer. Upstairs was the bedroom with a queen/king bed, another bathroom, and great little terrace. Location was great -- ten minutes walk from the Duomo and all the tourist insanity of that area, but the area around the apartment had lots of little restaurants, cafes, so was lively without being too crazy. Apartment was spacious, two levels made it interesting for the kids, and the onsite washing machine (and clothes drying rack on the terrace) was really helpful during a heat wave.

I didn't get the key instructions until we were literally walking to the apartment. We had to pay city taxes, etc. so all understandable, but would have preferred to get more info earlier. When you're traveling with little kids, it gets a bit stressful when things are left to the last minute.

Great value, great location, great beds!

The location could not have been more perfect. The name says it all- super charming! Very comfortable beds and mattresses with nice cotton linens and comfortable pillows. I think that makes a big difference when choosing a place to stay. We slept great. Some reviews commented on the noise but it was not as loud as they made it sound. Lots of cute details like slippers and extra toiletries and umbrellas. I’d stay here again for certain on out next trip to Milan. It’s so close to tourist spots but not touristy! It is in a great area surrounded by nice restaurants and fabulous boutiques.

Good apartment stay in Milan in great location

Great location. Only 7 walk from the Duomo di Milano. Nearby have good restaurants for both brunch and some for evening dinner and drinks. The owner is very nice, helpful and welcoming. We stayed 4 people and it's a very good deal and place. There's also elevator for the place and we didnt have to carry our big luggage up the stairs.

We had to travel to another city. And unlike hotel, we couldn't leave our luggage here. However, the owner have helped advise us that we can find storage place to leave our luggage while we travel to Lake Como for 2 days.

A great base to explore Milan and close enough to the main train station to explore other places.

The host was excellent at keeping in touch. They arranged a taxi for us to get back to the airport as we needed an early pickup. We had been let down by a couple of taxi's during our stay so were very grateful for the help the host provided. The apartment was great. We were out from early morning so were not in it a lot but we enjoyed our time on the terrace when we were there. We also liked hearing the church bells.

Overall, it was a very good stay.

The location of the apartment was great. There are excellent restaurants around. It's a decent and pleasant neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessities and is clean. We had a small issue with operating the kitchen stove, but when we called the host, they came within 15 minutes and resolved the problem. Thank you.

There is no system for leaving your luggage before check-in or after check-out. But this is common throughout Milan. The process is quite troublesome. Flights usually arrive in the morning, but you have to wait with your luggage until the afternoon for check-in. We arrived at the apartment about 10 minutes before the scheduled check-in time after coordinating with the host. He called us and said, “You arrived early.” We offered to step outside and wait for 10 minutes. He said, “It’s not important, no problem, go in.” It was very strange. I must say I found this attitude quite impolite.

I had just been in Rome and was probably spoiled by that host. She provided coffee and biscuits each day. I was a bit disappointed in only having two coffee pods to use for the entire stay.

A charming apartment in a perfect location.

This is a super apartment in a perfect location. Brera is a really lovely neighbourhood and within walking distance of the Duomo, La Scala. the Castello. The apartment is very well equipped and is in a delightful traditional building. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend these apartments.

The trams run outside the building and the hosts had helpfully left ear plugs. The noise of the trams did not bother us but it might some travellers. It is something you might want to be aware of before booking.

Lovely apartment in Milan

We stayed at the Charming Apartment with our two kids. They really enjoyed the terrace and that "their room" was upstairs. The weather was lovely, so we had pizza on the terrace. The location of the apartment was excellent, everything was near by. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. The apartment was lovely.

The water was a bit chilly at first to take a shower, but we were able to regulate the boiler.
