Brera Luxury Apartment near Duomo With Wifi

Location and space

Bit of a smell

De ruimte. Eigen badkamer bij elke slaapkamer. Zeer gunstige ligging.

The location

Not very clean. Some of the things in the apartment are old/broken. One of the air conditioners was dripping water, and when we woke up in the morning, there was a large puddle on the floor. We couldn't open the safe, and when we called the staff, they said it was broken. That was disappointing. The apartment is not well-maintained on a day-to-day basis. There are old items that should be replaced.

The location was incredible

For 6 people staying in one location there was only one physical skeleton key…no key cards or key pad. So we constantly had to coordinate with everyone to make sure we were coming back at the same time. There was a hot water heater leak that had been leaking for a long time with water damage and mold seen on the outside of the closet where the leak was. There was a mildew smell coming from the closet (located in the kitchen). The leak was obviously known because they had towels there to try and stop the water coming out of the closet into the kitchen but the towels were so saturated that it was leaking out onto the kitchen floor forming a puddle. In one bedroom there were no curtains and it looked like they fell down. Across the way was another widow looking into someone’s bed. The people across the way could see our entire bed and the lights from the courtyard lit up the room all night.
