The location
Not very clean.
Some of the things in the apartment are old/broken.
One of the air conditioners was dripping water, and when we woke up in the morning, there was a large puddle on the floor.
We couldn't open the safe, and when we called the staff, they said it was broken. That was disappointing.
The apartment is not well-maintained on a day-to-day basis. There are old items that should be replaced.

Good location, clean and spacious.
Rental company unfriendly to deal with and no clear instructions on check-in or check-out. Key was returned prior to check-out time yet I was texted and rung several times that it was not.
