A little noisy, we were there for the Grand Prix, so things were a bit festive.

We loved the apartment and the location and would recommend s it highly.

The location was great - a lively neighbourhood close to a modern part of the city and a reasonable and often beautiful walk from all the major sites. Clean, comfortable, great communication with the staff. Large as well.

The only thing I would note is it could be a bit loud at night. Not a problem for us - we all slept through it generally. But there are some late night spots close by.

Very clean, good location, staff very responsive even on Easter weekend. Easy to access.

There was a terrace but it was full of trees/big plants. The space could have been optimised to have a proper terrace! But it’s really a minor thing that I didn’t like. Everything was very good. Also it would be good to send the picture in the mail of the QR code reader - the one in front of the building - it took us some time to realise where to find it and how to scan QR code.

Very enjoyable and great value for money

Using Italianway property was a great idea for us. No staff no reception everything is tech based. Very easy to use (once you get the gist of it). If you need help (like was needed) customer service is very helpful and friendly over the phone and stay with you until satisfied. The room is very well equipped very clean and very comfortable. Thank you

It’s a very well equipped apartment, quiet, yet in a very lively district

The service of agent “Italianway” was far below standards: you have to check in at an unfindable location within the central station. When you try to reach them by phone, you can end up in a long queue, waiting for someone to answer your question. In my case they just change from a classical key to a QR-code system, that didn’t yet fully function: I couldn’t lock the door when I left the apartment. When trying to reach the agent I had to wait in the telephone queue again, in vain, since the person finally answering my request couldn’t help me. I left for my business appointment without locking the door…

Mi aspettavo qualche comfort in più

la posizione, l’arredamento e la dimensione della camera

ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda (non ha funzionato per più di 2 ore) e nonostante siano stati celeri nel supporto, non hanno saputo fornirmi una soluzione diversa da ‘deve aspettare perché non dipendente da loro ma dal condominio’. La stessa situazione si è ripetuta per l’aria calda, umidità e freddo mi hanno accompagnata perché non c’è un climatizzatore indipendente, ma riscaldamento condominiale (ancora spento)

Problème de climatisation et eau chaude le lendemain de notre arrivée. Appartement mal insonorisé. Même avec les toutes fenêtres fermées on entendait la musique à fond de la discothèque d'à côté et ce jusqu'à 5h du matin

¿Lo que nos gustó más?: TODO, el apartamento espacioso, muy bien decorado, amueblado, con todo lo necesario y más, ya que no hicimos uso de lavadora y secadora, etc, etc. Realmente excelente apartamento. Una aclaración, no fue en Corso Como 11 G sino en XXV Aplile 7 A, por cambio de Italianway. Felicitaciones Italianway.

No nos informaron cómo se ingresaba al departamento con el lector de código QR.Por lo tanto no pudimos ingresar la primera noche y tuvimos que gastar en un hotel. Que estaba fuera de nuestro presupuesto.Consideramos que deberíamos tener una compensación económica.

Posizione centralissima, a 2 minuti da Piazza Gaulenti, si affaccia su un viale frequentatissimo ricco di negozi e bar. Pulizia eccezionale e camera molto spaziosa, compresa di salotto con cucina e divano letto, camera matrimoniale e terrazzo molto ampio.
