We loved the location of the apartment between Berara and the Duomo and you could access the Metro Station M1and M2 by walking few minutes, the apartment was very clean and it had very thing we needed, the generous of the apartment staff welcoming us and greeting us at the apartment upon arrival, thank you Heart Milan Staff.
Nothing we didn't like in the accommodation.

We were greeted/ met by 2 people. Instructions were clear to give them notice when we were 20 minutes from the apartment so they were looking out for us. The gentleman explained the workings of the appliances, the keys to the doors, etc. the woman introduced herself as the point of contact that evening if we needed anything or have any questions. They were both very nice & courteous. It was very personal.
Location was perfect. It was close & convenient to everything- shops, restaurants, attractions, metro, etc.
Will definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It had a great setup with the loft and room for everyone. It was well equipped in the kitchen and with bathroom amenities, and was a great location, close to everything. Communication was great with the host!
