Very helpful staff, great location and amenities made our stay flawless.

Loved that this was spacious and had two good sized bathrooms. The laundry was very helpful as well. Kitchen came stocked with some essentials like milk and butter plus bread and a welcome basket which was a delightful surprise.

The streets were very noisy. We were there during the Olympics so not sure if this added noise or we are just used to quiet living but definitely louder than we are used to.

Outstanding property in the heart of Milan

Outstanding central location in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the Duomo and surrounded by excellent restaurants and retail shops. My family and I (five in total) stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was perfectly sized and exceptionally comfortable. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and very spacious, with furniture in excellent condition throughout. The property was clearly well managed and felt both practical and refined. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and highly responsive both in person and via phone and WhatsApp. Dealing with them was genuinely a pleasure. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Milan and would confidently recommend this property to families seeking space, comfort, and a prime location.

Lifts were a bit small and outdated but this was not a problem as this is very common in Milan.

The place is new, modern and clean. The location is amazing and close the a lot of attractions on milan. The staff were nice

I was not able to turn on the ac which was really bad for us. It seemed the ac system was closed during the time we stayed, which decreases the quality of our stay. For those who need ac, you might need to make sure it is available. Worthy to mention that during the booking it was mentioned that the ac is available.

Check-in was easy. Staff were very helpful. The locations of the apartment was very great, as described in the heart of Milan, very close to Dumo. I like that there was washing machine inside with all the what you need. There were fans in addition to the AC which made it very nice condition inside. Secured building.

Room size is small. Elevator was not working frequently, we have to carry the baggages through the stairs. The nearest parking is almost 7 minutes walking. For cleaning services they ask for additional charges.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! The location was perfect — centrally situated with easy access to everything we needed, from public transportation to great local spots. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made the experience even better was Antonio’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

Five star customer service!

The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff was beyond expectation. From arranging a special birthday surprise in the apartment on our arrival for our two daughters to truly troubleshooting the air conditioning problems in the unit until we had a better solution. They took true care in their guests. A level of customer service I have not seen at some of the big hotel chains! Outstanding.

The apartment was located in a building that did not have the air conditioner fully functioning. When we arrived, the back bedrooms of the apartment was close to 28° C. As I mentioned earlier, the hospitality team immediately sent someone over and spent countless hours troubleshooting. Once they realized on the second day it could not be resolved they brought portable units to cool down the apartment. I don't put this on the fault of Heart Milan - it was the overall building. But Heart Milan owned it as it was their problem.

Fantastic!

Everything! The service was on point, always polite, helpful and prompt! They even turned on the aircon for us before we arrived, that was such a lovely touch. The flat was lovely, clean and had all the facilities, such as microwave, washing machine and dryer and even house slippers! The location was also great; it was within walking distance, as it was very close to the Duomo area.

Fresh and super clean flat! With all the commodities! Near to a parking (2min by foot) bcs we rented a car. And what a welcoming even for a night we had Lucas whom came to great so nice and friendly, ngl it’s so unusual it felt so great!

Very clean, great location, Antonio gave an informative/helpful, easy and friendly check-in and the property was well stocked with everything we could’ve hoped for. The office is easy to communicate with and if we are ever back in Milan we will definitely be staying back here!

It was perfect for our family and the location was amazing.

The location is amazing, the apt was perfect for our family of 4, the AC was great (it was incredibly hot in Milan so coming home to nice cold air was great), and I booked it primarily so I could do laundry after a two week trip. It was a bonus they had laundry detergent!

I like the spaciousness of the apartment ,clean bed and lots of amenities(fridge-microwave-..ect) The view from the balcony was great.In short the whole ambiance of the apartment was amazing.The reception were extremely friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this apartment for family’s and single.

Excellent property to stay at!

Code method was very convenient! Apartment was quiet. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Hat store next door, beds were adequately comfortable and linens were comfortable.

Faucets in en-suite bathroom were a bit hard to figure out and sprayed water everywhere. No ice trays or ice maker. Big Clock on wall wasn’t working. No “flannels “ or “wash clothes” for bathing.?
