MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.
Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ WELCOME KIT - INITIAL SUPPLY - some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

I rented this home for 8 days in Milan. I travelled with my teenager, and my friends A beautiful home, very well appointed, immaculately clean and air conditioned. Ideal for multi-families travelling together. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to Dante for shopping and the Duamo. From check in to check out, flawless. The kitchen and laundry room all well equipped- made for a wonderful stay and a great base as we took the train to other cities in Italy. Would highly recommend. Probably not well suited for little children or those with mobility issues, as all the bedrooms are accessible via stairs, and the fourth bedroom accessed via a secure courtyard in an adjacent annex, otherwise a charming, safe and wonderful home.

Pleasant appartment. Be ready for steep and narrow stairs up to each bed. The fourth bedroom is a totally separate appartment, across an external quadrangle. Comfortable lounge. Very small but functional kitchen.
