Great location, clean and comfortable..

Great location, felt safe, was pretty quiet even though it was just a minute from a busy shopping street, close to the Duomo shopping area

Required a phone call to gain entry, which I couldn’t do. Nor did I get a response to my message via the booking.com app. Very dark decor.

Extremely run down rooms Heated towel rail didn’t work in one room Flooring coming apart Somewhat still dirty Smell of smoke lingered throughout the entirety of one apartment. It was horrible! Could barely sleep and nothing was done to fix it

Very nice apartments. Everything is new. The bed is very comfortable 10 of 10!! The apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time 500m from Duomo and other attractions. The kitchen equipped with everything - big fridge, microvawe, coffee machine, teapot etc. There are also dishwashing and washing machines.

Great spot to see the city!

The location of the apartment was great. Close to everything but quietly set away from the noise. The room was clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. The light from the windows offsets the dark decor but it is still quite a lot of black.

The bed is in one room is sagging in the middle. If just one person stayed there it wouldn't be a problem but as a couple we found we rolled into the dip through the night. Otherwise everything was quite comfortable and as pictured.

Exceptional

This was a beautiful property. Host was pleasant and amenable to a last minute change in arrival time. The facilities were well maintained and spotless. The host provided contact information in a centralized location. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Milan and will recommend to anyone I know visiting!!

Great location, nice apartment.

It was perfectly located in the centre of Milan, walking distance to everything of interest. There is a parking lot just opposite the building for those driving in. It was very clean. The TVs in all 3 rooms were well set-up for all services. It had a small balcony and the air-conditioning was good. It was also comfortably spacious.

The entire apartment was painted black, which made it kind of dark and gloomy. It was also difficult to see or find things if you dropped them. Except for a round mirror over the sink in the bathroom, there were no other mirrors in the entire apartment although there is certainly enough space around to hang up a mirror or two. There is no dishwasher or toaster in the apartment.

Fantastic location, close to everything - and I mean, everything! the apartment was also very comfortable with everything we needed.

If there is one negative, it is the dead plants on the balcony! very unsightly and it would have been better to remove them all or put up artificial plants. It would also have been good to have a clothes washing machine and dryer.

lovely apartment in an ideal location

excellent location on a quiet side street but only a couple short blocks away from the main action. Two full bathrooms and very comfortable beds, plus ample natural light.

Tue second bedroom is sort-of a room. It was suitable for my niece and me, but possibly not so for a pair of couples. The second “bedroom” is partitioned off by glass doors in the main living area.

I have to say all the staff were wonderful. Even if the night staff couldn't resolve our problem, he was willing to come over and have a look. In the end, we figured it was too late and we just dealt with the hot water situation and waited till morning.

The water heater was not turned on and so at the end we had to take cold showers. Aside from the first night, we realised the existing water heater couldn't handle three showers back to back, because it requires some time to reheat the water. So, that was an issue again, us having to take cold showers on our second night. We just wished that the property could have given us a heads up to avoid the water issue.

Bad

We were not informed , that nextdoor of the apartment was construction site so everywhere was lots od dirt and dust. Mornings were noisy too, so that we always left…..But it made us get up early….we all had to clean our black shoes every day not to have them white. Comunication was difficult , they did not answer messages, I always had to repeat questions or call to get answers.
