Great location and had everything we needed.

The main shower was a bit tricky and the air conditioner is only in the main living area.

The apartment was in a wonderful location - between the Last Supper and the Duomo, with good transportation, plenty of restaurants, some bakeries, and a small grocery store. In addition, the apartment was in the back of the building and got none of the street noise.

I got messages from the apartment (not through Booking) that said I would receive a video and info about getting into the apartment on arrival day. As of our check-in time the instructions had not arrived. I called the number on the texts and spoke with a very helpful man who sent me instructions, which were complicated. The entire process caused far too much worry. There were notes on the dishwasher and washing machine saying we could not use them, but only one dish towel and no paper towels were provided. And lastly, the dining table was so wobbly that we hated to eat our breakfast on it.

Nice room, quiet, all you need.

The hot water in the shower didn't work - or at least I couldn't make it - (was okay as it was really hot) - and a bit if a faff getting in and getting the key.

The location is good, the AC worked well, and it was nice to find both regular and decaffeinated Nespresso capsules provided in the room.

However, there were several disappointments. The property appeared under the “Free Parking” filter when I was searching on Booking.com, but there is actually no parking at the property. The nearest parking is a public paid garage located about a 10-minute walk away, which is not ideal when travelling with luggage. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. This was our seventh accommodation during this trip, and it was the first time we had such a frustrating experience. We had to complete multiple online forms, upload documents, take selfies, communicate through both Booking.com and WhatsApp, and then navigate several doors and access codes before finally reaching the apartment. In reality, the room is very dark. The listing photos make it appear bright and spacious, but there is very little natural light and the artificial lighting is also quite weak. As a result, the apartment feels significantly smaller than it appears in the photos. The shower pressure was also very weak. Check-out was equally inconvenient. After bringing all the luggage downstairs and going through multiple locked doors, one person had to remain at the building entrance holding the door open while the other went back upstairs to return the key to the lockbox and then come back down. Overall, it is a decent room in a good location, but it does not fully match the expectations created by the photos and listing description.
