Nice room, quiet, all you need.

The hot water in the shower didn't work - or at least I couldn't make it - (was okay as it was really hot) - and a bit if a faff getting in and getting the key.

Great location and wonderful management staff. We arrived early and the were happy to store our luggage at their office AND deliver it to the apartment later. Beyond great for our short Milan visit.

A lot of locks, but good security because of it.

Great location, secure and quiet. Had everything we needed in our 2 bedroom apartment, especially loved each bedroom having its own ensuite

The security process getting in and out wasn’t the easiest to work out, with 3 key locks to get through. Instructions were helpful getting inside but the exit instructions missed a step and we couldn’t work out how to get out of one of the locked gates. Fortunately after messaging we got a quick response and worked it out!

The location is good, the AC worked well, and it was nice to find both regular and decaffeinated Nespresso capsules provided in the room.

However, there were several disappointments. The property appeared under the “Free Parking” filter when I was searching on Booking.com, but there is actually no parking at the property. The nearest parking is a public paid garage located about a 10-minute walk away, which is not ideal when travelling with luggage. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. This was our seventh accommodation during this trip, and it was the first time we had such a frustrating experience. We had to complete multiple online forms, upload documents, take selfies, communicate through both Booking.com and WhatsApp, and then navigate several doors and access codes before finally reaching the apartment. In reality, the room is very dark. The listing photos make it appear bright and spacious, but there is very little natural light and the artificial lighting is also quite weak. As a result, the apartment feels significantly smaller than it appears in the photos. The shower pressure was also very weak. Check-out was equally inconvenient. After bringing all the luggage downstairs and going through multiple locked doors, one person had to remain at the building entrance holding the door open while the other went back upstairs to return the key to the lockbox and then come back down. Overall, it is a decent room in a good location, but it does not fully match the expectations created by the photos and listing description.
