Was well located. The staff was wonderful, always attended to our stay.

The lock door was quite difficult to use it .

The location is outstanding. It's has line 2,3, & 14 tram, Duomo metro, sites and food/stores on your doorstep.

Communication was good and quick response but the manner and conditions of certain aspects are overwhelming the doors to get in, the waste disposal, cleaning and the checking out process. The cleaning fee is expensive for such a small place we received several messages, this was sent from the company to clean up ourselves, ensure waste is correctly sorted but small bins. The price should include daily clean up otherwise the waste won't be an issue. It's a HOLIDAY letting and that service should be for daily tidy up included in the price we are charged for at 90€. We cleaned the flat FYI. I would not stay again, really small even for 2 kids and 2 adults. The noise level even though on 5th floor with windows closed, is constantly there, the tram runs until late, neighborhoods and other flat noise loud and constant. We did not rest well here. These are our opinions. WE TRAVEL OFTEN and this was upsetting.
