Top Lage, sehr schönes großes Apartment, viel Platz, sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, sauber! WhatsApp - Kommunikation mit Vermieter reibungslos und prompt (gab keine Probleme mit der Wohnung, im Vorfeld Zugangscode etc. übermittelt)

Haus wurde offenbar gerade gestrichen und war komplett eingerüstet, daher konnte man die Fensterläden nicht richtig öffnen und es war relativ dunkel, da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört, Hinweis wäre gut gewesen

The best location. A few minutes walk and you are in Duomo. Subway nearby. Markets, restaurants and all facilities. There was coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, iron, washing machine and everything for comfort stay! If I had questions they answered immediately by WhatsApp! I’ll recommend it to all my friends.

Bellissimo appartamento nel miglior zona del centro storico. Nuovo, pulito e vicino a tutto. L’host molto gentile.

where to start.. they completely messed up our check in and communicated poorly. they said we can check in earlier so we arrived at the location only to have to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in and explain that actually not only are they not ready to check us in but they will have to delay our check in because they hadn't cleaned properly. we had to wait about an hour extra (and 2.5h in total). had they communicated this in advance, we would've been able to plan our day differently. the location was also showing up as a completely different building on Google maps, so it was very difficult to find, I've already contacted Google maps about this but the agency clearly hadn't checked. finally, the location while central had homeless people and drunkards loitering right next to the entrance. we had a group of drunk men who were hanging outside the entrance verbally assaulting us when coming back to the suite so I absolutely do NOT recommend this, especially for female travellers. lastly, the WiFi was awful (so slow), there wasn't a smart tv nor any conditioner - which women need to wash their hair! if you are a light sleeper you will also struggle as the tram is right outside and goes late into the night and from early in the morning.
