Perfect location, quirky balcony, a must stay in Milan

Met upon arrival by a very friendly host. Room size was great and had a lovely little balcony. Quirky accommodation and had the weather be warm, it would have been nice for breakfast on the balcony. Very easy check-in, met our needs and requirements. Perfect location for Navigli area and only 30 minutes walk to the Duomo. Lovely little welcome pack, and basic needs met such as coffee and tea. Air-con was fantastic, both hot and cold air. Lift took us straight to our floor. Radiators very functional. Awesome stay!

Maybe a full length mirror required in bedroom or lounge.

Fidarsi è bene, non fidarsi è meglio!

Mi sarebbe piaciuto saperlo se mi avessero lasciato nella casa da me prenotata...

Mi è stato cambiato l'alloggio all'ultimo momento proponendomelo come un upgrade allo stesso prezzo. Io fidandomi ho accettato e mi è stato quindi richiesto anche di cancellare la mia prenotazione su booking in modo da poter affittare a qualcun altro la casa da me inizialmente prenotata. Mi sono ritrovato in un appartamento poco distante dall'altro da me scelto, ma in mezzo ad un cantiere edile con le finestre occluse dalle impalcature per il rifacimento della facciata. Alle 8:00 del mattino mi hanno svegliato le martellate e i trapani degli operai che stazionavano proprio fuori dalla porta, proseguite poi per tutta la giornata. Non ho nemmeno mai potuto spostare la tenda della finestra per fare entrare luce solare in casa perché avevo gli operai proprio lì davanti, dovendo tenere la luce artificiale accesa tutto il giorno. Ovviamente quando mi è stato proposto di cambiare alloggio è stato omesso questo "piccolo" particolare. Esperienza pessima e non serietà dell'host che si è rivelato poco professionale. Ecco spiegata questa apparente generosità iniziale nel proporre un cambio di location "migliorativo" gratuito... è stata invece una fregatura bella e buona!

Navigli Mon Amour

Appartamento super confortevole in un romantico condominio di case di ringhiera, tipicamente milanese. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, con un divano letto comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile e splendida vista dalla camera da letto. Bagno con doccia ampia e comoda. Ho adorato la carta da parati, un tocco di stile in più. La presenza dei canali Sky molto apprezzata da mia figlia. Consigliatissimo! Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e il ritiro delle chiavi è stato semplicissimo. Da non perdere, la colazione alla pasticceria Clivati.

Je ne recommande pas ce logement, pas de wifi, trop de bruit, odeur d'égout, literie pas confortable

Séjour sur un week end : vendredi soir et samedi soir 1/L'odeur nauséabonde dans l'appartement tout le séjour : le problème n'était pas ponctuel, il s'agit d'une odeur d'égout permanente. 2/ Le bruit de l'appartement : il est situé à 50 mètre d'un club theatre, beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 3 h du matin 3/ Le bruit dès le samedi matin vers 7H30, déplacements de chariots avec les bouteilles en verre (poubelles du club) 4/ Salle de bain pas propre au niveau de la douche 5/ Pas de housse de couette pour le lit double : seule la couette (qui était tachée) et un drap 6/ La wifi fonctionne bien dans le salon mais ne fonctionne absolument pas dans la chambre (les deux jours) 7/ Le ballon d'eau chaude est trop petit : plus d'eau chaude au bout de trois douches : l'appartement était bien prévu pour 5 personnes (un lit double et 3 petits lits) 8/ Le ballon d'eau chaude a sifflé de façon prolongé pendant 1/2 heure le samedi matin : très très pénible

Ambiente poco accogliente, all'arrivo molta puzza di muffa e risalita di odore dagli scarichi del bagno. Le foto su booking riportano foto di varie strutture ed è poco chiaro in quale di queste alloggerai poco realistiche le immagini presentate.

Logement très bien placé et au calme. Le fait qu’il soit sous les toits au dernier étage le rend atypique. Le balcon sans vis à vis est un énorme plus.

Ne conviendrait pas à des personnes trop grandes car on peut facilement se cogner la tête à cause du fait que ce soit sous les toits.

Wir waren in der Miniwohnung im Dachgeschoss zu dritt für eine Nacht und wurden freundlich von Personal empfangen. Der Balkon war zwar nur im Kriechen zu erreichen, dafür lässiger Blick auf alte Hallen, außergewöhnlich waren die Baumstämme, die für die Dachkonstruktion benutzt wurden, und der schöne Hof zwischen Vorder- und elegantem Hinterhaus. Bad: klein, aber fein. Klimaanlage ratterte zwar ein bisschen, aber war unsere Rettung bei 35°C Außentemperatur.

Licht im Bad defekt, Schlafmöbel abgenutzt und vergilbt, Details leider staubig, Wände verschmutzt mit schwarzen Schleifspuren, sehr hellhörig zum Hausflur hin, trotz Rauchverbot riecht die Wohnung nach Zigarettenrauch. Luftaromastäbchen machen den Versuch das zu überdecken.
