I liked closeness to subway- 10 minutes on foot, to local shops, to restaurants.
The elevator was too tiny but of course it is not depend on the property. The sofa bed in the living room could be more comfortable and the living room could be better arranged.

Great location, close to shops and lots of bars and restaurants. Air-conditioning worked well and was good to have washing machine and iron available.
The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable, better mattresses and pillows would be a good investment.
