Great location. Garage parking included. Good apartment. trams stoping right in front of building, subway station. 5 min walk, excellent bakery, cafe and restaurants within 5 min walk
Garage is so tight, that i had to exit through back tailgate door :) but once we fit the car it did provide private and secure location

L’espace des chambres, la propreté , la proximité des transports
Il n’y avait pas de rideau dans le salon, ni dans l’une des chambres donnant dans la rue. Par ailleurs, la lampe de chevet de la chambre côté rue ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons pu en brancher une, mais pas l’autre, ce qui en entraînait un manque d’éclairage au niveau du chevet. Il manquait également une cinquième chaise, afin que toutes les personnes puissent s’asseoir à table dans le salon. Enfin, il y a peut-être une incompréhension de notre part, mais nous pensions qu’il y avait deux douches, l’annonce mentionnant deux salles de bain.

The apartment location is good. However, the washing machine is not working and needs to be replaced. On a positive note, the apartment manager kindly offered a laundry service for us.
We experienced difficulties opening the gate early in the morning when leaving the apartment complex. There was no staff available to assist us, and it took approximately 20 minutes to figure it out. Clear instructions in English should be provided to avoid this situation.

its very noisy street as it is on the trams lines and its first floor so all the noise i. your bedroom from 530am
second thing the window shatters not working so light from outside very shiny which make the bedroom extremely exposed to other buildings
