Clean and spacious . The location was very convenient to pick trams in many directions. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Staff responded to all questions quickly and were very helpful.

The door locking system is a bit tricky but appreciated the extra security.

We have been to Italy several times, and this was the best place we have ever booked. It had everything needed for a large group: plenty of space, a comfortable common area, a well-equipped kitchen, and essential items such as cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, and more. Having two bathrooms was a huge convenience for a larger number of people. Access was very easy thanks to the keyless entry system, with the added security of physical keys. The elevator was extremely helpful when traveling with a small child and elderly people. There are many shops and restaurants/cafés nearby – on our last day we didn’t even need to go to the city center to enjoy a delicious coffee. The location is quite close to the Cathedral, making it easy to walk everywhere, and there are tram stops right in front of the building. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We are truly very satisfied and did not notice any downsides at all. The property owners even helped organize our transfer. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!
