Nice House — Great for Families or Groups!

The house was nice and decorated with pretty furniture. There was a spacious living room, a large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms — perfect for groups with many people.

The location was good — not far from the station. However, it wasn’t easy to find the exact house. We received instructions on how to get the key to enter the gate, which worked fine. But once inside, we couldn’t tell which house it was. We ended up guessing and trying the key on several doors, which could have been a problem if we had disturbed the neighbors. The host did provide a phone number to call for help, which was helpful. I’m just suggesting that it would be nicer to have clearer instructions, especially for a self-check-in. We also had one issue with the rooms, which I believe was just an accidental mistake — we were told there would be four rooms, but we were only able to access three. We’re not sure what happened; it’s possible that the fourth room was accidentally locked (perhaps by the cleaning lady?), or maybe the door just needed to be pushed harder and we assumed it wasn’t meant to be opened. That said, all of us still managed to fit, as the number of beds matched the number of guests. It’s just that many of us weren’t couples, so we had hoped for more separate beds to avoid having to share.

A large, gorgeous home in a wonderfully picturesque part of Milan!

The home is located in a wonderfully central and vibrant area of Milan. There are many bars and restaurant almost immediately as you leave the accommodation. The home -- although, a bit dated -- had all of the modern appliances and was pristinely clean. It was very large and would be very comfortable for a large group of no more than 8-10. The host, Virginia, was very responsive even with her on holiday! Though, just in case she was unable to access us, she had two people for us to contact in Milan if we ran into any issues.

Hidden gem in best part of Milan

All was good. Really liked the common spaces and the location right in Navigli is fantastic. Very good communication with the host and would absolutely recommend this gem to others.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but okay for a few nights.

Although we never met the host, she was always available through WhatsApp.. The house is ideally situated in the lovely Naviglio district. It is a beautiful property, tastefully decorated, and a perfect size for our party of 9 guests. We were only there for one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it to similarly sized groups holidaying in Milan.

There is nothing we didn't like about this fantastic property. The group that were there the night before us had a party, which meant that the cleaning took longer than usual, and we had to check-in later than expected. This didn't bother us, as we just went for food, BUT PEOPLE SHOULD SHOW SOME RESPECT WHEN THEY ARE RENTING SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY.

Stunning Location in Milano

The location is simply amazing. Wonderful. The space is quite unique as the title suggests.

The unique space means there is only 3 private rooms and one room is in the basement and isn't private. Be aware. Also had difficulty finding the apartment but owner is working that out for future quests.

Great location, really lovely hosts would recommend for a big group.

Location was amazing, right in the centre. The hosts were super nice and made everything really easy and relaxed. The house itself was big enough for a big group and was perfect for what we needed.

We weren't told about the building works so were woken up at 7:30AM every morning to drilling outside which made our stay much less relaxing. We also asked for another bed and the blow up mattress deflated after 2 hours.

Un soggiorno abbastanza tranquillo

Casa molto ampia, si trova in un buon punto di Milano. I bagni molto grandi, acqua della doccia caldissima, un buon riscaldamento in tutta la casa.

La scala un po’ pericolosa sopratutto per i bambini, elettrodomestici un po’ sporchi, pochi asciugamani.
