Very nice, clean, renovated apartment next to the Cadorna train station which is a walking distance away from Duomo . The communications with the host were quick and simple, checking in and out was smooth and easy. There is everything you need in the apartment including sufficient supply of tea and coffee (we only missed salt and oil but the Carrefour Express was just a few steps away)
WiFi signal was very weak, especially after 11pm which was disappointing. There was a choice of pillows but it was hard to find a comfortable combination but that is quite individual thing I believe.

It was very clean, the host was replying instantly to all our requests and questions, checking in and out was easy. The location is amazing, just 1 min from metro and Cadorna train station. It was safe, a little of cafes and grocery 3 min walking distance. The castle is 5 min. Our family truly enjoyed the stay. Also host made cleaning every couple days.
Nothing special, just didn’t know where are the trash bins in the house, but host always helped with it too)

It was so close to the train station
It would be perfect for a short city break, but not for a week.

The location was good for us since we needed the train to the airport. Other than that it's around 10 min walk to the Duomo, which for us was ok, but in front of the hotel there were beggars and drunk people, which made us feel less safe. We have to say that the person who sent the messages on What's App was really nice and was trying to help.
It was nice having complementary water, personal kits with toothpaste, tooth brush etc.
We had 2 rooms, one for a family of 4 and the other for 2 elderly people. In our room we had a bad smell which we complained about but the staff couldn't solve it, although they tried.
The shower had a poor maintenance.
In addition it was hard to open the door to the room, there was a problem almost each time we tried opening it.
The beds in both rooms were terrible. We all suffered from back pains and couldn't get a decent sleep, which is the most important thing for us during a vacation.
