Owner accommodated our slightly early check in without complaint. We crossed over with the cleaning crew to leave our bags. Unit was super clean and tidy with appropriate supplies. Incredibly convenient for the train, and not far to walk to the Duomo area and other main attractions.
Well, the view wasn’t special, but the convenience was the big plus. We weren’t staying to enjoy the view — we wanted convenience and comfort so that we could explore Milan. Great value.

The location was good for us since we needed the train to the airport. Other than that it's around 10 min walk to the Duomo, which for us was ok, but in front of the hotel there were beggars and drunk people, which made us feel less safe. We have to say that the person who sent the messages on What's App was really nice and was trying to help. It was nice having complementary water, personal kits with toothpaste, tooth brush etc.
We had 2 rooms, one for a family of 4 and the other for 2 elderly people. In our room we had a bad smell which we complained about but the staff couldn't solve it, although they tried. The shower had a poor maintenance. In addition it was hard to open the door to the room, there was a problem almost each time we tried opening it. The beds in both rooms were terrible. We all suffered from back pains and couldn't get a decent sleep, which is the most important thing for us during a vacation.
