Great location and comfortable stay

Comfy bed and choices of different pillow heights. Well equipped kitchen including coffee pods and tea and 2 complimentary water bottles. Washing machine very handy including laundry liquid. Location excellent with access to both the metro and regional train line next door (direct train line to Malpensa airport) and tram. Very handy when hauling luggage around. There is a small supermarket across the road, bakery and cafe within about 50m. Also within walking distance to Doumo, Da Vinci’s last supper and the Sforza Castle.

We stayed in apartment 7 and found there were some noise from air con units outside (didn’t bother us but might not be good for sensitive sleepers).

The mattress in the bedroom is deformed, you can consider updating the bedding. Also apartment No 5 bedroom is right next to the ventilation system of building - constant noise which can be bothering you during night. Consider another room if you have a choice.

Overpriced

The location was good for us since we needed the train to the airport. Other than that it's around 10 min walk to the Duomo, which for us was ok, but in front of the hotel there were beggars and drunk people, which made us feel less safe. We have to say that the person who sent the messages on What's App was really nice and was trying to help. It was nice having complementary water, personal kits with toothpaste, tooth brush etc.

We had 2 rooms, one for a family of 4 and the other for 2 elderly people. In our room we had a bad smell which we complained about but the staff couldn't solve it, although they tried. The shower had a poor maintenance. In addition it was hard to open the door to the room, there was a problem almost each time we tried opening it. The beds in both rooms were terrible. We all suffered from back pains and couldn't get a decent sleep, which is the most important thing for us during a vacation.

Lovely apartment right next to the station. Only a 10minute walk into the centre of Milan. The apartment had everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. Will defo be back if we visit Milan again!

Perfect 🤩

The customer service was incredible. Felt so taken care of, everyone responded promptly when I had a question and they even let me leave my luggage in Milan city center two days after I checked out ( coming back from Florence). The room itself was dated but spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, literally right outside cadorna train station so getting around was so easy. I was worried that it would be loud being next to the station but it was sooo quiet. Would stay again 🥰

The only suggestion I made to them was to have an extra mirror in the living space in addition to the one in the bathroom.

Great location and excellent stay!

The area is very convenient, with a metro station right in front of the building and just two stops away from the Duomo. The hosts were very helpful and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

So professional!

Room was clean, bathroom was clean with everything we needed. I loved the shampoo and shower gel with soap. Smells amazing, they have premium products for their guests. Room was so cozy, location was great. Metro right at the downstairs, Duomo is just 2 stations away. Walkable to every famous Milan sights. The host was incredible. Helped us even with place to leave our bags for a while. We loved it.

Great location and host

The location is perfect! Right next side to the Cadorna station, convenient to and from the Malpensa airport and walking distance to main tourist spots. There is a 24 hour Carrefor supermarket opposite the small street and you can buy things and cook if all restaurants are closed when coming back late. The host provided slippers, waters! I can also store my luggage for free before check in and after check out.

The water tap in the bathroom is not good to use. If they have a guest hub in Cadorna, that will be perfect. I had to take all my luggage and walk 15 mins from Cadorna to Duomo to store my luggage and then take them back and walk another 15 mins to Cadorna to catch my train to the airport.

Perfect location, perfect accommodation and first class customer care

This apartment is everything you need for the perfect stay in Milan! It was immaculately clean in all areas from the entrance to the apartment itself. The kitchen has everything you need to stay comfortably for a short or long stay. The extras touches provided were a welcome surprise….slippers, water, essential toiletries. The location is just perfect to reach many of the attractions of Milan on foot within 15 minutes . if I had to say what was 5*plus for this apartment it is the customer care, particularly Daniele. Very organised. From the instructions to get to the apartment to the daily text to ask how we were and if we needed anything it was first class 👏 We will certainly return

We absolutely loved our time at Milan Retreats Cadorna — everything truly lived up to the glowing reviews from other guests, and even exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic: a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes on foot from the city center. Cadorna station is right around the corner, which makes it super convenient to get from Malpensa Airport and to take the direct train to Lake Como. And just a minute away, there’s a lovely local grocery store with everything you might need — even freshly prepared meals, which was a nice surprise! The apartment itself is a gem. Thoughtfully designed, ergonomic, and comfortable — perfect for two people. Everything was spotless and well-organized. We appreciated the little things that show true care for guests: slippers, toothbrushes, all toiletries, capsule coffee machine, even a dishwasher. The white towels and bed linen were fresh and soft, and the entryway was clean and welcoming. A huge thank-you to the Milan Retreats team — you can really feel their hospitality. They were always in touch, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to experience this level of support and kindness when traveling. We left with only warm memories — and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in Milan. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and beautiful!

Wow experience

Very central, just beside the metro and train station with direct access to Milan airport. The apartment is good for 4 adults and has a the necessary stuff. Mr Daniele messaged us every morning asking if we needed any information on the city or help during our travel. The check-in was smooth. 10Star no doubt. There are lots of restaurants on ground floor and a carefour express across the street.

The perfect place to stay in Milano

It is the perfect place for many reasons. It’s exactly next to a main station with trains to the airport. Also walking distance to most places that visitors would like to see. Despite being in the centre it was quiet and relaxing. It was clean and they have thought about everything. We had everything we need including kitchen. They contacted me every day to make sure we have everything we need. I feel so lucky to stay there.

The communication from the manager Danielle was exceptional. she helped us with anything that we needed to know, from where to go ,checking in and out etc. the location was second to none. Right next to Train station with direct links to airport and we had shops, restaurants on our doorstep. Duomo and other sites were walking distance too.

Lovely place

It is a very nice location, clean and the staff is really helpful with any doubt they will reply fast. The kitchen from the apartment were I stayed (there are plenty) has everything you need including a dishwasher.

You can here the neighbors but it is not super annoying since the noise hours were respected.

Value for money.

Excellent location, next to Cadorna railway & metro station. 1 min walk to railway station. Very convenient. Shower & kitchen facilities are good. Host with whatsap rapid response, very helpful. Air con works well. 2 small lifts. No worry lift doesn’t work. Cafes nearby.

The building is historic. Although the kitchen & shower are new, furniture, wall & floor look old. Host provides teabags but not individual sealed. We didn’t use. My son stayed at apartment 11, studio unit, he said too dark, light bulb not enough light. Too romantic. We stay at apartment 4, bigger unit, normal lighting.

Quiet apartment in a great location

This was perfect for our family. The location was perfect. Just steps to the metro and the train station. It was across the street from a large park. It is located in a fancier neighborhood so close to “hyper local good food and shopping”. I was concerned that it might be both loud and a little seedy due to proximity to the train station. But this wasn’t really the case. And the room was delightfully quiet, perhaps due to very thick masonry walls. The air conditioning was lovely. My only complaint was that for a family of 4, it was a little bit tight fitting 4 suitcases into the space but we made it work.
