Wifi worked great. AC was STRONG and throughout the apartment (we were there during a very hot week). Location was amazing ...next to gelato, grocery, duomo, castle and subway. Coffee Machine was perfect. 2 bathrooms was nice! The electronic code to get through the door the first time didn't cooperate, however, Max- The apartment attendant, helped us in, we got the keys from the lock box and were independent from there. The little video shared via Whatapp was a brilliant way to share directions!

Honestly the place was amazing but had fairly typical hard European beds that kill me. Back spasms and a handful of ibuprofen the 2nd day to cope with my soreness.

The location

1) We arrived at the property around 6-7 pm and and we could not enter the gate because it was close. The gate is apparently open only during office hours, and a key is needed to open it. We kept texting the host but offered no solution. We got in only because someone else entered the gate. Otherwise we’re stuck outside. 2) Washing machine not working,! which is one of the reasons I chose to get an apartment. 3) No airconditioning in 1 of the bedrooms. The other aircon is in the living room and it is not doing its job! 4) No hooks provided to hang the bath towels.
