Nice stay

The location was great, especially if you didn’t rent a car. It was right next to the metro station and within walking distance of downtown. The room was also nice overall.

The restroom was a bit cramped, but it was still a pleasant place to stay. The host took a while to respond with the code to enter the building, but once you arrive and receive the code, everything goes smoothly throughout your stay.

Good budget option for a short stay

Really good location and easy check in and check out process.

Room numbers were a bit confusing, the lift was out of service, internet (wifi) was very limited with poor reception in the building and the rooms were very loud (could hear people in the hall at all hours).

Excellent place to stay in Milan.

The staff were extremely helpful! My friend had her passport stolen, the staff here helped us book rooms at the Italianway hotel in Rome, as well as another room at this particular hotel. They also helped us figure out how to get to Rome. The location was wonderful, we could walk everywhere, rooms were clean, wifi was good. I am so thankful that we canceled our Airbnb and stayed here instead. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here.

Great place, great location

Location is great, easy to go to the main attractions of the city, the neighbourhood is beatiful, a lot of trees, gelaterias and very close to the metro station (easy to go to the airport). The apartment also has a kitchen and you can cook there. You can leave your luggage in a storage there until 19 so it was useful for us.

The space between the bed and the wall is very small and is not easy to go to one side of the bed.

It is a very good place to sleep in a great location and for a very good price.

The location is great especially if you are travelling to and from Malpensa. I didn’t like the fact I could not have the blinds up as people would have seen inside the room. And the wifi doesn’t work as mentioned in other reviews.

Location is 10/10. Stayed one night for departure flight out of Milan. Train was right outside the door. Easy entry, super clean facility. Would book again.

Hostess wasnt there when I arrived, maybe I just came at the wrong time. She was upstairs and I waited a little bit. But nonetheless she was super nice. WiFi is practically nonexistent, so hopefully you have some data

The apartment was not clean, guys please pay more attention to that! Dirty cups, stained towels. I can imagine that cleaning an apartment with a mezzanine is a pain, but please you need to clean the horrible dust under the bed which is so visible when climbing up and surfaces visible from the top of the mezzanine. Moreover it's true what is written in the reviews: internet does not work. It's so poor that basically you can consider not having an internet there. Great to have a smart tv, but without internet you can't do much with it...

It is not worthy for your money

Location is very close to Milano Cardona train station, you can reach every touristics attraction in very short time

There is no window in the room. Entrance door has glass window but you need to close curtain all the time because rooms are located in the inner part of building. The room is full of dark even in the day time.. The rooms itself is very noisy because of boiler, air conditioning.. we turned off all switches to get rid of noise. Check in time was 3pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3:20 pm.. Wifi signal was very poor during our stay..

Wifi was very bad, I could not work properly. Besides, 0 amenities (I mean, a bag of tea? or sugar? a small bottle of water? walls are very thin, you can hear event the neighbour plugging in the charger.

Nice and cozy apartments

Nice compact room, everything you need for relaxation and convenience is in the room. Own bathroom, kitchen and kitchen appliances, what else is needed for convenience. But the most important thing about these apartments is the location, just an ideal area, everything is within walking distance, the place is quiet and safe. I recommend these apartments, I was satisfied.

I'm not sure about the other rooms, but my apartment was a little noisy. This is not just because the neighbors were disturbing, but because the refrigerator is very loud working.

I was delighted with my stay in Milan, and if I’ve a chance, maybe I’ll choose this hotel again :)

The most attractive thing about this hotel is it’s cleanliness, excellent staff who’ll help you, and the location of the hotel, it is really located in the central part of Milan and is not hidden (easy to find), the metro is so close that you can get anywhere in a few minutes.

First of all I was not informed that there would be no window in our room (for me this is a minus, but for others it may not be a problem).And secondly, the bathroom is something terrible. It's not about cleanliness, it's about size. It's so tiny that you can't even move.

Hard to get to.

Had to book a stay last minute so very much appreciated the self-checkin option. The address is wrong on the app as well as google maps! I had to ask a stranger on the street for help locating the property- this was quite dangerous so definitely needs to be updated correctly. Everything else was good.

My 2-night stay at the Italianway

I loved how friendly and helpful was the staff! The guys helped me on everything I was asking since was my first ever time traveling abroad but myself. I will definitely choose them again! Plus, the fact that everything works via codes and no keys or cards is the most convenient thing ever! Perfect air condition, 4 towels - I was amazed since in Greece we serve only 2 - super easy to locate and exceptional accommodation!

I have to admit that in my room (A22 - first floor) had a little mold under the air condition which made the room smell a little bit when I was entering. That's all.

Great location!

Very tiny room, with a step just at the entrance, not comfortable at all! also bathroom was too small and boiler didn’t work!! I had to take a shower in an another room, likely the staff was kind enough to find this solution!
