Suite Apartment Castello Sforzesco, Undermyname

Overall, we had a very good experience. The apartment is in an excellent location, with the main sights, restaurants and transport all within easy walking distance. The historic building has lots of character and made the stay feel like a bit of a Milan experience in itself. The owner was very friendly and responsive and quickly put me in touch with Nicole, who handled the digital check-in and arranged the key collection very efficiently. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so everything went smoothly. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the air conditioning worked well too.

There were a few small practical things that could be improved. The sofa bed, which was also the main bed, wasn’t the most comfortable, although this was clear from the photos when booking. The shower area was quite small and there wasn’t really a convenient place to keep soap or toiletries while showering. There was also a broken table stored in the hallway, which was a little unusual. The window above the bed was nice for fresh air and the view, although there was no way to fully block out the light. That said, this was a last-minute one-night booking and the apartment worked very well for what we needed. The excellent location and very smooth check-in made it a convenient and enjoyable stay overall.

Absolutely would love to come back, location was perfect, no issues at all and apartment was big and clean. The host was also friendly

The check in policy as we ended up waiting in the airport due to no availability to check in around 12 midnight onwards
