In the right place

It is ideal as it close to the Malpensa express station and Metro. You can go anywhere easy and quickly. Lift services provided, clear instructions on using key codes and room has the basics if you want to prepare breakfasts and warm some food. However you are in Milan so I would suggest to enjoy the food this city offers :)

Good Location

The location is superb as just outside of Cadorna station. Lots of coffee and food options are nearby. The rooms size was OK for one person. Bathroom was OK. Digital locking system was good. They also have paid washing machine service which is good and they can consider reducing price for washing and drying. The staff managing reception was good and also the luggage storage post check out was also good.

The heating is through split AC which is not adequate in the January as the thick walls and floors cannot be heated with just air from AC. They must provide some kind of floor covering so that one can move bare foot since they don't provide any bathroom slipper etc. And as a business traveler we can't carry all these. Har dryer was not there. They should also provide some tea of coffee sachet so that traveler can have early morning tea/coffee.

Room has a strong unbearable odour and has mould

The setup of the room was good. Small but good.

The toilet had a very strong odur that ruined our last few days of the holiday. There was a loud fan running the whole day which reduced the horrible odour however the fan stopped running in the night which made staying in the room unbearable. The room and bathroom was full of mould. There was mould over the bed on the ceiling at two spaces. There was mould in the bathroom

the accommodation is small, but that's Milan. worth the money for Milan. the room is a bit damp, but I think that's a general problem. the accommodation is clean. the bed is a folding bed so I would change that

Great stay and very close to train station

The code was emailed on the day. Pretty easy to follow where to go. The main door was opened and friendly staff manned the office. You need your phone light to see the code at the door. I liked it was just a minute from the side entrance of the train station. Very handy if coming from the airport. There’s a little supermarket around the corner. Bed was super comfy.

Bathroom could do with hooks & a shelf for toiletries. As mentioned, bring an eye mask for sleeping as only a sheer curtain.

No windows hence when you come back form a day out it smells. Smell of toilet even when you don’t use it. It’s a bit smaller than it looks. The check in is painful.

A great stay

The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere, right beside the train station and metro, which is handy coming from Malpensa airport. Lovely clean spacious loft apartment. Comfortable bed. Great facilities.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss at times and lots of codes to keep track of!

Your own space away from Home

It so close to a main train and metro station and you are quite free with your space. Shopping and restaurants are close by. As well as some a Milano's attractions. Highly recommended.

Incompent and absent staff....Locked out of our room all night.

Good Location

We were locked out of our rooms. We returned to our rooms around 10 and the electronic lock did not work. We later found out that the battery was dead. There was no one down in the lobby, but there was a phone number. Someone will answer up until midnight. After that no one will answer. We called someone at 10:30, who apparently was in another city. They couldn't figure out how to get the door open. After 2.5 hours of the guy on the other end of the phone calling other people and trying to figure out how to get us into our room they gave up and gave us another room for the night. The problem was that all of our things and my friend's medicine were in the locked room. Of course there was no hurry to let us into the room the next day. They have someone at the desk starting at 9 am and not one minute sooner. We missed our train in the morning to Como waiting for these guys to figure out how to unlock the door. They promised to refund our money for the lost night and the did NOT. They kept the money. This place sucks.

I will not choose this again and will not recommend it to my friends. It's very inconvenient.

The gym is only allowed to enter with key but key can only be obtained from the welcome desk, which open after 9am. How possible people want to have work out after 9am? The welcome deck opens at 9am so you are not allowed to leave the luggage before 9am. therefore if you have scheduled tip at 9am but you have to check out at the same day, it is super inconvenient.

Decent place for a quick stay but I would look for something with a real bed next time

The hotel is a remodelled apartment building, with an old elevator and a nice taste of the way locals live in Milan. Easy access to the room and a convenient location are definitely appreciated. The room was small, but cosy and convenient. My favorite part was the shower, with a nice spacious cabin and good water pressure.

Instead of a bed, there was a couch, and it was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable - okay to crash for one night but not suitable at all for long stays. Though the water pressure was good, the temperature of the water began nice and hot but became gradually cooler after 10-15 minutes, not ideal if I have to take a longer shower...

Perfect stay for a few days

The location was absolutely perfect, central and safe. Alessandro and Manuel were super helpful and friendly and gave me great tips to navigate the city. The room was clean and neat, and had all you need for a stay of a few days.

Location was great. Value for money. You get what you pay for I guess, there were no frills. Free taxi service offered by booking.com was great.

Superb

The location is great. And it is very easy to check in / check out. Also the reception is open everyday until 19:00 which is helpful.

We stayed at the "Apartment", and the stairs were very thin so it was a bit scary to go up and down. Especially during the night. Also, there were no room service/cleaning, and the toiletries weren't enough but there is a supermarket very near so we were okay.
