AMAZING location (especially if you're planning to visit the Last Supper - 4min walk). Elevator was convenient with a pram. Exceptional facilities for families with small children: cot, high chair, baby bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, even a play area and toys! And most of all, Paola was incredibly kind and responsive, supplying us with everything we needed, even dropping off extra baby towels unprompted. She is really the perfect host. I have been many places, but few people have her level of hospitality. I 100% would stay there again!
The building has an elevator, but to get there you must go up a few stairs, so you do need to carry up the suitcases and pram a short distance (not a lot). It's not accessible for wheelchairs.

Location, location, location... lots of restaurants nearby, 20 minute walk to the Duomo and just a few minutes walk from Cadorna train station.
A bigger sofa would be good! :)

Location and welcome was excellent- everything explained well. Having 2 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms was great. The dining table was really nice to sit around.
Only improvement would be an additional lounge chair or 2.

Everything you needed in the kitchen and very clean
Trams right outside window so noisy we did manage to sleep ok with earplugs in
