FreedHome - Milano nightlife central

This is a nice apartment, it’s old but has been updated and is a good size for apartments in Milan. The bedroom is a large double with good storage, the lounge kitchen is a good size for 2 people. The selling point is the location, it’s a flat 600m walk to the Navagli canals with lots of restaurants and bars. There are coffee shops and bakery/cafes just a minute away. It’s 4 tram stops to the Duomo and if you want to walk it’s a flat 1.3km walk with lots of shops along Corso Genova and Via Torino!

The shower is a bath shower and quite narrow but this is not unusual in Italy! The apartment would benefit from a microwave but there are no real negatives and the handover was easy!

Un apartamento monísimo en el corazón del centro de Milán. Muy cómodo para bares y restaurantes y para la zona más de moda de la ciudad. Apartamento muy limpio y equipado con todas las comodidades para una estancia cómoda y relajante. ¡Recomendadísimo!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a due passi dalla Darsena e dai Navigli, ed è stata un’esperienza perfetta per vivere la vera Milano. La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile per chi vuole immergersi nella vita notturna, nei locali, nelle gallerie d’arte e nell’atmosfera unica dei Navigli. Nonostante la zona vivace, l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano, ed è incredibilmente silenzioso: la combinazione ideale per chi vuole il meglio dei due mondi. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima accoglienza e comunicazione impeccabile da parte dell’host. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole scoprire la Milano più vera, tra cultura, aperitivi e passeggiate sul canale — senza rinunciare al riposo.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super (nahe am Kanal und fußläufig zur Innenstadt) Die Klimaanlage war wichtig und funktionierte einwandtfrei. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos.

Die Wohnung ist nur teilweise ordentlich renoviert. Die Duschmöglichkeit setzte das Bad unter Wasser. Der Backofen ging nicht, die Koch- Platte schon. Das Bettlaken war von Anfang an zerrissen. Von der überteuerten Kurtaxe von 9,50€ pro Person und Nacht haben wir kurz vor der Anreise erfahren und mussten den Beteag (57€) in bar bei der Schlüsselübergabe abgeben.Es gab keine Quittung.
