Italianway Easy - Magenta 32 Bilo

The room was decent. It is an apartment building and not a hotel so will not have some of the amenities a hotel would have, such as coffee. The beds were decently comfortable. Took a bit to figure out how to get the AC to work. I needed to contact the staff on check out to help with putting the key back and they were great!

Unfortunately, the hot water heater is only about 10 Gals if that. It ran out within 5 mins. There are 4 of us, so cold showers it was. We arrived about 8:30pm and followed the instructions to get into the building, but it did not work. Luckily someone that had a key was coming into the building and let us in. The elevator can only hold 1 person 1 bag at a time, so you have to work that out. We found the door and instructions given to get the key was easy. Once you have the keys, getting in and out of the apartment and apartment building is easy.

The location is almost perfect – just a few minutes from tram, metro and train connections, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Duomo and the main shopping streets are also within walking distance. There are plenty of gelato places, pizzerias and shops right next to the apartment, which made everything very convenient. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. What was especially important for us is that every window has shutters – even in the kitchen – so the room can be completely dark, which made our rest truly perfect. The staff was very responsive and helpful. They allowed us a late check-out by one hour and also provided luggage storage in their office, which is only a 3–4 minute walk from the apartment and very close to the train station.

Bell’appartamento in ottima posizione, soprattutto per zona Milano Cadorna, Università Cattolica e centro. Bilocale comodo, inserito in un bel condominio residenziale. I gestori Italianway sono stati disponibili nel concedermi un’ora in più per il check-out.

Il ritiro delle chiavi è un po’ macchinoso e fortemente dipendente dall’uso del cellulare: in caso di batteria scarica o problemi di connessione può diventare complicato. Un minimo di accoglienza in più (ad esempio una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo o un piccolo gesto di benvenuto) migliorerebbe ulteriormente l’esperienza.

Buena ubicación y excelente bienvenida por parte del personal, muy agradable. Buen sistema de calefacción.

Toallas muy gastadas, se ve que tienen mucho uso. Lavadora en mal estado. Cocina equipada con todo menos cubiertos. El agua del lavamanos tarda en bajar y se acumula.
