Прекрасное расположение, понятная и быстрая связь с хозяином, чисто и уютно, все работает Расположение просто идеально - 3 мин до метро, 2 минуты до брера, прямо рядом с парком, тихая улица Сама квартира чистая и удобная - все есть Не хочу никого критиковать, но, честно говоря, я читал отзывы других людей и иногда удивлялся... например из плохого "есть комары" - итоговая оценка - "7"... Это разве логично?

не критично, но порадовал бы электро чайник и какое нибудь средство для мытья посуды или пару таблеток для посудомоечной машины и может быть замок в родительской спальне :))) ну и это мансарда - надо в спальнях и кухне следить чтоб головой в углах не стукнуться - но это понятно заранее и совсем не критично

Great apartment, excellent location. Very clean and the person who met us to show us in and explain things was very nice and helpful.

The air con in the master bedroom was not working. A fan had been put in place but the bedroom temperature was not as comfortable as the other bedroom and the air con seems to be a recurring piece of feedback among guests. The TV has a fault with the screen, so it has a large strip across it which makes watching anything annoying. There was no tea towel to dry anything in the kitchen.

The apartment is very clean & very spacious! Truly a beautiful place to stay while in Milan and in an amazing location. We are extremely grateful to the hosts for letting us drop our bags off early so we could attend an event. I would stay again upon my next visit to Milan!

I can see from other reviews that some air conditioner units not working has been a problem for >1 month and it was the same during our trip. Whilst it wasn’t unbearably hot in Milan during our time, at this price point I would expect all property features to be properly working and the fan provided isn’t a good replacement. It’s a shame only because this apartment is a such a gem in the perfect location so it would be good if the owners could prioritise this maintenance given it has been mentioned in a lot of reviews now.

位置好，离地铁站很近，到火车站（Milano Cadorna）走路10分钟吧。 房间很大。 有洗衣机和烘干机。

公寓在顶楼阁楼上，电梯不能直达，还得爬一层楼梯。电梯极其狭小，两人加两个行李箱就放不下了。我们四个人还得分两趟才能上去。 民宿有空调，但入住两小时前才通知说两个卧室的空调都坏了不能用。只有客厅和厨房的空调可用。 虽然提供了电扇，但小房间的电扇撑脚还是坏的只能靠墙用椅子卡住不然会倒。 客厅目测40-50平米左右，只有一个小小的挂机，而且还有一面连着阳台的落地窗遮阳篷也坏的打不开。整个房里热气腾腾，空调根本没有用，结果我们入住期间只能呆在厨房里。 晚上睡觉时开着房门，开着电扇也没用，而且房间里蚊子很多也没有任何驱蚊产品可用。一晚上睡不了几个小时。 小房间是沙发床，床垫不舒服。
