Good location near the metro and main areas including Brera. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent. The staff are on WhatsApp if you've any problems. The room was clean and had all that I required including some tea pods and two small bottles of water! I would stay here again

There wasn't much, a full length mirror and a few extension cords would improve the space but overall I was very happy.

very clean apartment. we had prepared beds, bed linen, towels, bathing liquid, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, water in the fridge. we are delighted with professional service. contact with the staff on watsap perfect. I wish for more places like this. location top. a little noisy from the tram driving. but we are in the city center so such noises are the norm. I recommend.

Great location, but very noisy and some areas need maintenance

Location superb, as very central. Communication with host was easy.

Very noisy overall. In addition, one of the rooms is located above a burger shop, and you can clearly hear and feel their ventilation system, which runs from 9 a.m. until midnight. On top of that, this room has no daylight. The window blind in the living room was missing, and there was a large illuminated poster directly opposite the window. We had to cover the windows with blankets at night.

Bizet suite: comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped in a great location. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping every 2 days.

Central heating wasn’t operating the whole day and there were times when the apartment was a bit cold. Bathroom was ok but could use a revamp

Spacious apartment in central Brera

Highly recommend this rental. We were given a code, but the host arrived shortly after we got in. He was very friendly and helpful - provided EXCELLENT food recommendations, and useful information for walking/metro. Free wifi took a few tries to get connected but worked just fine. Apartment was spacious with a large (for Italy) bathroom, small kitchen and living area with sofabed we only used as a couch. Bed was large and comfy. We were also offered cleaning services on our second day. Close to lots of shopping, attractions and food, including a market which was nice so we didn't have to eat every meal out. Only downside is proximity to the streetcars, which run almost all night, made it fairly noisy most of the time. But overall, a great value for expensive Milan. Would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location - walking distance to the centre and tram stops right outside. It was spotlessly clean, too. Lovely hosts - very relaxed and thoughtful.

If you have trouble sleeping because of noise, this might not be the place - the tram trundles past all night, but my daughters were fine, so it really depends!

Great location and newly refurbished

It was very well organised, someone gave me the key and I could always call. The room was really clean and warm. The bed were really comfortable and the studio very well located in the centre. The only problem was that it was quite noisy because of tramway outside despite the double glazing

The check in process was very cumbersome It was very loud in the night - some people shouting like crazy outside The opening of the apartment and the closing at the end was a bit spooky it was written, that there is a parking on the website, after that I had to look for public parking The room, apartment was with no day light practically

Very enjoyable in a central location with all major attractions close by

Central location, lots of space, good kitchen facilities. I initially thought that the check in could be problematic given the initial communication I had received. However, on arrival I had clear and rapid communication with the host who directed me to the entry door with the keycode, and a series of images of how to access the apartment. I was also able to request one of the host's staff to meet me on check in, which was appreciated.

I would not recommend Rossini 7 for anyone with mobility issues or leg problems as the loft bedroom is accessed by a steep and tightly curved spiral staircase. And the toilet is downstairs which makes it a real challenge at night, even for an able-bodied person. This issue should be clearly documented on booking sites

Perfect location. Literally a 4 min walk to Castello and 11 mins to the duomo. That’s with kids. Plenty of room.

Excellent location in Brera where my Italian friend said “that’s nice area!”. We felt the area was safe. Felt welcomed when we saw Luka from Milan Royal Suits came to the apartment for in person check in. Most of the places we wanted to visit, eg. Duomo, the castle, are within walking distance. Also excellent access to public transports to everywhere including airports, which made our Milan holiday and journey home so much easier. Easier communication via WhatsApp although it was a little strange not to see the persons on the other end of the communication. Cleaning was done every two days.

Would have been nice to have something to hang towels in the bathroom and bathtub which was not expected from them photos on Booking. Would be easier if there was a handle to open the wardrobe.

Very professional, pretty apartment

We booked this place in a bit of an emergency - our previously booked place had an AC problem and as the weather was going to be in the mid 90's, that wouldn't do (we are used to weather in the low 60's most of the year). Even though we didn't book the place until... I think 9:30 p.m., Milan Royal Suites was able to send Mirco over with the keys to let us in and show us the apartment. After a stressful day, I was relieved and grateful that they were so professional. Place was large, nice location (perhaps a little too fancy for us but very nice) and the AC worked great!

The cleaning crew uses an air freshener spray that I didn't care for. It's not overpowering, but it did bother me a bit. We did air out the apartment the next day and it was mostly gone. But then the crew came back and cleaned on the 2nd day and used the spray again. To be fair, I do not care for any kind of scented candles or room perfume so I am overly picky. The apartment was lovely but did not appear to be the one pictured (I think they have a few apartments they rent). For me, the biggest problem was that it was a ground floor apartment. The first night, people made noise until 2 or 3 in the morning in the courtyard in front. And the people in the apartment upstairs seemed to be doing some kind of minor construction work during the day which wasn't super noisy but it was a bit annoying. It was quiet the rest of the time.

Great little apartment for couple in the perfect location.

Great and clean little apartment on the perfect location in Brera. 10 minutes walk to Duomo, 2 minutes to Brera shops and coffees. The shower was great. The host even surprised us with the cold water on a very warm day :)

Worth it for the location.

Excellent location and could walk to everything. Oven and dishwasher convenient but kitchen could do with more cookware. Washing machine and liquid great and they provided a clothing rack to dry clothes when I requested.

Only sitting area was the windowless kitchen. Address wasn’t initially clear so needed to WhatsApp them to clarify.

Great central location & nice room. Kitchen which was handy & spacious bathroom.

Upon arrival there was a large piece of human waste in the toilet despite a sign covering the seat to signal that it had just been cleaned. We booked a room with 2 beds however were not provided with any bedding for the second bed. When this was requested (during check in) we were told we would receive this in 5 mins. After about half an hour I received a message on WhatsApp telling us to head out & the bedding would be delivered while we were out. We got home that evening to no bedding & when requested again, were told they had assumed myself & the friend I was travelling with were a couple & would be sharing a bed. After some back & forth the bedding was eventually delivered to us however we were asked if this was actually necessary for the night. During this conversation we were also asked if we were currently in the room which seemed a bit strange - & told a colleague had already tried to deliver the bedding a few mins before however had had no response after ringing the bell. We had been in the apartment for 30 mins+ by this point with no one trying to enter, also we had already been told the bedding would be sorted while we were out without us having to worry. The next again night, my friends pyjamas went missing. We contacted the staff via WhatsApp to let them know, suggesting this may have been taken by mistake, however did not receive an apology & ended up having to go out & buy new pyjamas. Additionally: - no full length mirror - no plugs / charging ports beside beds - no lamps beside beds

Excellent property with a great location—close to everything in Milan.

This is one of the nicest areas in Milan—I didn’t know about it until I spent some time in the city and got to know the neighborhoods. It’s within walking distance of all the main attractions, and if you don’t mind a slightly longer walk, even Navigli is accessible on foot. Excellent value for the money: a nice, quiet apartment, a supermarket right across the street, all major sites within a 15-minute walk, and a very reasonable price for Milan.

This place was in an awesome location. Easy to just walk out the door and step in to a cafe!

The location of the apartment was wonderful. We loved that there was an elevator to help with suitcases. It was a very secure place, so there was no concern of safety. It's a small place, but a great bargain for the location! Also - don't skip the pizza place directly below the apartment. It was very good and super convenient!

The only thing we didn't love were the beds. If you like a firm mattress, you will be happy. We are over 45 and our backs are spoiled by a comfy mattress.

Location was good.

The reception system needs to be clearer. If WhatsApp is to be the way of communication, particularly for reception. then this should be made clear early on. A Whatsapp message requesting a 20 minute notification sent the night before during our rushing to get away was not enough. Nobody met us and once we received codes we were already in the building. The Key lock code failed. Your Rep, when he at last arrived, had to use brute force. Not Good. The Wi-Fi did not work. "Not Available" twice it did switch on so the password was properly input. I had to use a local cafe. The pillow was very hard. Royal Suites suggests luxury as does your pictures. I expected at least two comfortable chairs to sit on. Even a cheap hotel has a welcome pack of closest chemist, supermarket etc why do you not bothe?

Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient

The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. It’s quite spacious and well equipped for a stay of few days. The bakery downstairs is delightful. Tram station just downstairs too. 5 minutes walking distance to Sforzesco Castle. The office is a few metro stations far from this apartment which was a little inconvenient for us to drop off our luggage at the beginning, but the staff was very friendly and brought our luggage right to the apartment after check-in.
