Location was great, near the main tourist sights. Room was lovely and clean and warm.

First of all when we arrived we just couldn’t find the apartments even though we were literally stood next to them. This was because there is no sign saying “Royal Milan suites” and also the entrance to the apartments is on “via Romagnosi” and not on “via Andegari”. Perhaps you could give your guests the exact location by using “What3words “. Also (this was my fault) I was told to contact you guys 30 mins prior to our arrival which I did not. I think if it was explained that the reason for contacting you in advance was so that you would send us the information on how to get access to our apartment then I would have realised the importance especially as the security personnel who work there could not really help us as they are not receptionists. Our TV didn’t work despite pressing the “live TV” button…perhaps this needs looking at. The bathroom sink was not secured properly. Also an “ information file” giving information on how to travel in Milan and how to enjoy its many famous and hidden gems would be helpful to your guests like what a lot of hotels do. I’m not complaining as we really enjoyed our stay and apartment but hopefully you and your future guests will find some of my suggestions helpful. Many thanks and best wishes to you all 🥰 Harpreet

Excellent Stay

We stayed at Suite Bellini. The location is exceptional — truly one of the best. Just middle of the Duomo, Montenapolone and Brera area. We really liked the apartment and were very satisfied. There is 24/7 staff at the entrance of the building. We had a very minor issue with the internet connection, and despite it being Christmas, Fabio came within 5 minutes and resolved the problem. Many thanks.

Everything was perfect; only the walls could use a bit of maintenance. Also, having bathroom slippers would have been great. And coffee machine needs to be cleaned up periodically.

Everything, however, a standout is that you are allowed to drop off luggage earlier than check in and collect later after check out. I will book at this establishment next year for this main reason. Facilities and location were exceptional

The location was perfect. The space and facilities where so good. The most comfortable bed. Great space to relax and a lovely kitchen and bathroom,

Literally the only thing was that the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly but also you couldn’t use the tub so only shower. But still it was a lovely bathroom.

If noise is not an issue for you this is an amazing place to stay at.

Location is the best. Steps away from Duomo, LaScala and Brera district. It was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very quick to respond and very accommodating.

It is loud. Despite the apartment being on a side street it is quite loud. Even with windows closed the subway vents and also traffic (especially trolleys) from a nearby street somehow echoed around this little street very badly. Also for being on the 5 th floor it was surprising how loud we could hear voice of party people walking by. If you need a quiet place this is not it. I am not very sensitive to noises but I was woken up several times by it.

Over-priced room that needs refurbishment.

The location was the best part about the hotel-apartment.

The interior decoration of room 4-25 was poor, the paintings were ugly and the walls were dirty. The toilet smelled of urine because the toilet is old and water doesn’t flush properly.

The check in check out was convenient,location is amazing. The whole apartment except barhroom was clean. The staf was very responsive and helpful. If the bathroom was clean I would rate it 9 .

The instruction came late so i had to contact the hotel waiting infront of the door,but they responded fairly quickly. The reception lady at building was very impolite,rude and unfriendly. She was arguing in italian with us while we were waiting infront of the building for instruction. I even asked are you the reception,she said no. Later when we get instruction to ring the reception ,she opened the door and said something impolitely with some unfreadly mimics in italian. She was really unmanered. The bathroom was not clean, the floor was sticky and bath tub was not clean, the corners had mold, the shampoo and body wash was almost empty on our arival day.

Disappointed to find out there is no parking and the nearest one is a 9min drive.

If parking is not essential, this property is ok.

There is no “private parking” to the property. The host shall immediately remove this form the description/ feature of this offer. I was extremely disappointed when I got there to find out that the host is not being honest . To get to the nearest parking (open to anyone who is willing to pay) is a 9min drive from the property. If he did not mention this. I would never have picked up this property for the stay.

Expensive with poor facilities and no service.

Location

Overhead shower constantly dripped cold water on us even when it was meant to be turned off. The shower had a sloping slippery floor and is a falls risk. The hallway cupboards were inaccessible because the floor boards were warped from water damage. There were only two pillows. The AC did not work properly and the wall control was useless. All complaints went unanswered. There were no refreshments as promised. The room was not serviced on Day 3 as promised.

Great space. Great location.

The location is fantastic. Just a 5-7 minute walk from the main attractions and shopping areas. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the team was prompt and clear right from the day the booking was confirmed, so there was no room for any ambiguity. Check-in and check out were also a breeze. The team was attentive to our needs at all times and ever ready to help with any questions we had. We're really happy we chose this property for our stay in Milan.

Clean, good location but disappointing

The apartment was clean and in a great location, easy access to the Duomo and Brera, the design district. Lucca was friendly and helpful at check in and during the week when we needed something.

Unfortunately, there are a few things that left us disappointed: - the shower head couldn’t be locked into place and so it falls forward directing all water onto the wall, making it difficult to shower - the bath doesn’t drain well and pools while showering - there’s no grate on the drain of the bath, just a plug or the drain is fully open which seems unsafe and feels uncomfortable to shower. The lever didn't adjust the plug/not working. - neither of the bedside lamps were plugged in and we had to move the whole bed significantly to reach 1x bedside lamp to be connected. The other one didn’t reach the electricity at all. There’s also no power points for charging beside the bed. - they advertise 24hr reception which gives the impression it’s a hotel however the receptionist that is there is the reception for the residential building of which Milan Royal Suites occupy a few rooms and so are not there for direct contact regarding the accommodation. - pillows are uncomfortable. There are only 2x pillows so no opportunity to try a different one or stack them if needed. - the wifi was patchy but worked well when it worked. All this to say that sadly Milan Royal Suites was disappointing.

Very comfortable stay in an elegant part of Milan

The host went above and beyond to deliver our luggage from their office and provide us with a complimentary breakfast in a restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. The location was excellent: close to most landmark but hidden away from the major tourists flows. The facilities of the apartment are modern, very stylish and have a lot of storage place. It is suitable for a longer stay.

Accessibility was not clearly explained on booking.com. We had to bring our luggage to the office of the host because we arrived a couple of hours early. The building has a concierge, but it was impossible to leave luggage with him/her. I guess it is not applicable if you arrive at the check-in time.

Location is excellent right in the centre of Duomo. The staff were brilliant even arrange for us to leave our cases at the office and they would deliver them to the property for us. Everything in the apartment was very clean.

Great host. Location is perfect and close to everything. The building is safe and secure. The apartment is spacious and spotless. It was slightly hot, but the host was very accommodating and brought us a fan.

My first and last time in this place

The location is great, the room has a dish washer and a bath, which is really good.

1. No option to put the air conditioner to cold, the room was absolutely HOT, I slept without a shirt all of the nights and woke up sweaty. It was a disaster. 2. The staff was rude, and unwelcoming. I got a message from 3 different people asking when I will arrive at the hotel, still, when I got there I had to wait for 25 minutes for someone to come and check me in.
