The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Milan on foot. The self check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment is very spacious, which makes it a great choice for larger groups. It has a refrigerator, a bathtub instead of a shower, clean towels, and all the necessary toiletries were provided.
Since the apartment is in an old building, there is no built-in air conditioning. There is only a fan and a portable air conditioner, which was not powerful enough to cool even one room. During the Italian summer, the apartment became very hot, so guests who are sensitive to heat should keep this in mind.
Unfortunately, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping. In addition, the floor was noticeably dirty. Guests are asked to remove their shoes when entering the building, which is a good idea, but it did not seem that this level of cleanliness was maintained inside the apartment.
