Residenza Fiori Oscuri

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Milan on foot. The self check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment is very spacious, which makes it a great choice for larger groups. It has a refrigerator, a bathtub instead of a shower, clean towels, and all the necessary toiletries were provided.

Since the apartment is in an old building, there is no built-in air conditioning. There is only a fan and a portable air conditioner, which was not powerful enough to cool even one room. During the Italian summer, the apartment became very hot, so guests who are sensitive to heat should keep this in mind. Unfortunately, we were bitten by bugs while sleeping. In addition, the floor was noticeably dirty. Guests are asked to remove their shoes when entering the building, which is a good idea, but it did not seem that this level of cleanliness was maintained inside the apartment.

Great location , well equipped

Fabulous property, in an amazing area. Felt safe, but right in the middle of the prettiest part of Brera and an easy 10 minute walk down a beautiful cobbled street into Milan Centre. Amazing restaurants on the doorstep. Gorgeous! The apartment felt secure and was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Will definitely return!

The property was fantastic, location amazing, organised well, great communication with hosts. Tiny improvement would be washing up things in the kitchen. That would have helped us to keep the kitchen clean etc , but i'm being picky there!

Honestly I would give the full experience 9/10 If it wasn't for the fact, the air con is poor. No sleep as too hot. Other than that, it was clean & everything I needed. But advice would be spend money & upgrade air-conditioning.
