The only thing that I liked is its location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location near the Arco della Pace was excellent, very close to Parco Sempione and within walking distance of many of Milan’s main sights. Access to the room was very easy, and all the instructions were clear and well organized through the app, which made the whole experience smooth and convenient.

Only a minor point: it was difficult to fully block the external light because the windows could not be completely covered. One of the people traveling with us needs full darkness to sleep, so this made sleeping a bit difficult for him.

The location was excellent – very close to Arco della Pace, public transport stops, and lots of restaurants. Parking was also easy, I could leave my car on the back street without any problem. The digital key entry system was innovative and very convenient.

There are some things that could be improved. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitos in the room, and since the mobile air conditioning did not cool properly (even after I cleaned the dusty filter), we had to open the windows at night. The fans didn’t help much either. The bathroom sink was clogged, so we had to use the kitchen sink to wash our hands, which was not pleasant. The internet also failed for a while, and at one point I was worried I might not be able to enter the apartment. Finally, one of the neighbors seemed uncomfortable with strangers and even asked for my passport at the entrance, which felt awkward.
