Good stay. Housekeeping is chargeable and expensive.

The apartment was spacious The location was amazing

There is no daily housekeeping, which was mentioned. You can ask for housekeeping with extra charge, which is based on availability and cost €100. The main entrance is not accessible by wheelchairs because of initial steps and there is no ramp . The sofa bed is not very comfortable and under the sheets. It was not very clean.

Fabulous stay in the heart of milan!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. It had anything that you could need including hair dryer, iron, washing machine ect. The staff were very helpful and it was a great location. Even the sofa bed was super comfy.

The only reason for giving a score of 9 and not 10 is that the apartments are all on either 5th or 6th floor and for someone who doesn't use lifts it gets exhausting. But if you are happy to use a lift this wouldn't be an issue.

Fantastic facilities and great location

The location was great and the apartment was clean and well organised

There was a lot of road works/construction right outside the building so the constant noise of work and then the generators all the time meant it was not a quiet place to stay but this couldn’t be helped and was not the fault of the accommodation

The apartment was very well designed for comfort. The bed was very comfortable; kitchen was very well equipped; the bathroom was very clean and the closet was fabulous with enough coat hangers for the clothes of two people. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions asked by WhatsApp. Incredible personal service! 10+⭐️

The hallway was a little noisy. The other guests (coming and going at night) were a little noisy.

Great stay in the heart of Milan

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. From the cleaning team to the office managers, they're just the best (big up to Monica and Federica)! The place is ideally located, the apartment had everything you need and it was spotless. I can only recommend to future travellers

Stay away — deceptive practices and hidden charges!

This place operates with unethical tactics to take advantage of guests. We booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival, they insisted we pay the city tax via their own system—not through Booking—which seemed reasonable at first. However, they then requested our credit card information and claimed they were placing a €300 deposit “just in case,” with no explanation or transparency on what it covered. This charge was done directly through their own system, outside of Booking.com, which raises serious concerns about data security. The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable. The bathroom had a major plumbing issue — water was leaking constantly, making it impossible to shower properly. We documented the issue with a video and reported it, but their only response was to ask for more money: €15 for an extra towel or even toilet paper. No solution, just constant requests for additional payments. Despite cleaning the apartment meticulously before checking out, we were charged €70 without notice. When we asked why, they claimed we had broken a lamp — which was completely false. It’s clear this is a scheme: keep the deposit, invent damages, and charge guests with no accountability. This was not hospitality. It was a setup to extract money at every step. Do not trust them. Book elsewhere.

Perfekte City-Lage

Top Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Domplatz. alles da, was man braucht Bequemes Bett, viel Stauraum und Schränke. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend

Ein paar Haken im Bad würden nicht schaden. Der Kühlschrank im Apartment ist leider sehr laut. Es handelt sich um ein Wohnhaus, in dem die letzten beiden Stockwerke, also der fünfte und der sechste Stock zur kurzfristigen Vermietung zur Verfügung stehen. Da viele Leute nur kurz bleiben, ist es teilweise schon morgens ab 6:00 Uhr laut, man hört die ersten abreisen, es wird angefangen zu putzen und die Türen sind sehr dünn. Mich hat es nicht so gestört, aber man sollte das wissen.

Η εμπειρία ήταν τραγική,ιδιαίτερα με 2 παιδιά που έμειναν στα σκαλιά της λάθος διεύθυνσης για 2 ώρες και πλέον.Δεν υπήρχε κάνεις που μπορούσα να βρω,όταν το check in μου δεν πήγε όπως έπρεπε. Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό ηταν ανύπαρκτη, δεν έβρισκα κανέναν σε κανένα chat ,το desk κλειστό και όλα τα διαθέσιμα τηλέφωνα απενεργοποιημένα.Ποτε ξανά! Μόνο Ξενοδοχεια,ειδικά με μικρά παιδιά! Για τρεις ημέρες καθολου καθαριοτητα!

Нам все понравилось. Отличное расположение. И пешком прогуляться до центра 5-10 минут и метро Missori в 50 метрах

Останавливались семьей 3 человека. Жили в апартаментах Е на 6 этаже . Просторно, чисто, было все необходимое и для душа, и для сна, и для кухни. В номере было тепло. Весь персонал находится в 100 шагах в соседнем здании. Девочки очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Мы уезжали из Милана на пару дней, весь багаж оставляли у них в офисе.

Под окнами был ремонт дороги, было немного шумно. Строительные работы начинались рано, в 7 утра их уже было слышно. Еще момент не очень удобный с заселением. Нужно скачать их приложение, зарегистрироваться там и в 15:00 придет инструкция на открывание дверей. Мы заселялись ночью , с 15 часов были в дороге, интернета не было, и по прилету интернет был не стабильный, переживали, что будем стоять перед закрытой дверью. Но в последний момент все сложилось.

عدم وجود موقف للسيارة حيث اضطرينا نوقفها في مواقف خاصة دفعنا مبلغ 25 يور لليوم بخصوص الموقف اي ما يعادل 108 ريال سعودي

Metro ve Duomo ya inanılmaz yakın ulaşım çok kolaydı. İtalya da kışın önemli konulardan biri ısınmadır. Burada asla üşümedik ısınma çok güzeldi. Tesis tertemizti, her ihtiyacım olduğunda ilgili kişi ile hızlıca iletişim kurup cevap aldım, 3 kişi kaldık 4 kişi bile rahatça konaklayabilir. Kahve ve çay oldukça yeterliydi. Temizlik seti koyulmuş bulaşık deterjanı çamaşır yıkamak için kapsül temizlik besleri herşey içinde vardı. Tekrar geldiğimde burayı tercih ederim.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na pobyt w Mediolanie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Bardzo łatwe procedury zameldowania, otrzymaliśmy kody wejść do budynku oraz pokoju. Udało się otrzymać apartament 2 godziny przed czasem. Świetna okolica (400 m spacerkiem od katedry Duomo). W pobliżu restaurację oraz sklep. Apartament bardzo czysty , nowocześnie wyposażony. Duża przestronna łazienka pokoje również bardzo duże. Wygodne oraz duże łóżka. Bardzo ładny widok przez okno. W samym apartamencie cicho oraz bezpiecznie. Uczciwe podejście do kaucji (zwrócona w dniu wymeldowania bez najmniejszych problemów). Naprawdę uczciwie , profesjonalnie bezproblemowo. Polecam ten apartament w 100%.

Geweldig, schoon, stil en super locatie in centrum!

De locatie (5 minuten lopen naar de Duomo), de netheid, de hygiëne en het contact met het verhuurbedrijf. Appartement nummer 5 is zeer rustig, we sliepen met de ramen open, geen geluidsoverlast, alleen de kerkklokken van de Duomo, maar dat was prachtig!!

Hou rekening met het feit dat het verhuurbedrijf alleen open is om je bagage op te slaan van maandag tot vrijdag van 09.00-19.00u. Als je op zaterdag of zondag aankomt kan je, je bagage niet achterlaten op het kantoor van SweetInn. Wij hebben een locker moeten zoeken en dus extra kosten moeten maken, ook zonde van de vrije tijd hiervoor.

Great option for 2 people.

We were impressed by the apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the quality of furniture, the view from the window, even an entrance to the building - everything is fine and good quality. Especially the location. It is literally 5 mins walk from Duomo

But the night ruined all the impressions. Sleeping on the sofa was a nightmare. It is so worn-out (or just built poorly) that lying on it becomes a torture. So that at midnight we switched to sleeping on the floor and that became a more comfortable experience (we put mantras directly at the floor). Needless to say we didn't sleep well. And that is absolutely not something that one can imagine when booking this apartment. This comment applies only to the sofa bed, while the main bed was very good. So that if you are traveling with more than 2 people, this apartment is not a good choice (until they change the sofa bed, or you accept sleeping on the floor)
