Very clean, the location and the elevators

Great location and the beds were comfortable. It served our needs but was not something to write home about (we did not have the pretty apartment with the green walls - we were assigned the beige one). The apartment was tiny - which may just be how they all are in Milan but we weren't there to spend time in an apartment, we were there to see the city, which made the proximity to everything really great.
The bathroom sink was impossible to wash your face without getting water all over the floor, I ended up using the kitchen sink. The AC was so loud; the people that slept in the living room/sofa bed really struggled.

The location is good which is locating in the city center and close to the duomo and shopping area
The door lock is broken and complex to open it, the air conditioner inside the room is too noisy and some furniture and decoration seem quite old based on this price
