Wonderful experience !

What an an amazing apartment in a perfect location. The hand painted walls were very beautiful. The grocery service they provided was very helpful after long flights. Very good communication by the host. There is a third room with a couch and a single bed and we loved the balcony. Everything we needed was at hand and we really enjoyed the Christmas tree in the apartment.

it was a nice stay. easy to walk to attractions and shopping areas.

it was in a good location where we could walk to attractions such as the Duomo or Galleria and the rooms were quite spacious.

we had some issues with paying the city tax as we got there but that may have been from our internet connection but in the end we had to email to them and they sent someone to help us. they came over to help us very quickly though.

Excellent for visiting the centre of Milan

Great location near to duomo with everthing we needed, next to a convenience store and a good restaurant. Everything was well thought through and managed, with an eye for detail. Support was all virtual but nevertheless staff were very helpful and quick to respond.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. All the facilities were complete and convenient. The location is good, close to everything I needed. The staff were extremely cooperative, and their communication with me was excellent. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it

Just fantastic!

Beautifully designed and finished apartment very close to the Duomo and main shopping area. Very spacious and excellent value with literally everything you could need in the neat kitchen and good sized bathroom. Coffee maker, biscuits and toiletries were nice touches. Was really pleased with the pretty little square, a coop shop was right next door, a cafe and a pizza place and a church … what more could you want!

Perfect stay for a weekend in Milan!

Fantastic location, right by the Duomo. Modern, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. Hosts were very responsive and we were able to leave luggage in their storage facilities which was great for our final day exploring!

The trams were quite loud for the person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room - but they do provide earplugs for this reason which was fab!!

An exceptional experience - At Heart Milan Apartments

This property at Galleria Del Corso 4 completely excedeed my expectations. Usually, city center apartments are older and have challenging accessibility. Our apartment had an excellrnt location. What took me by surprise was the how easily accessible and modern it was. The entry is through a spacious well lit lobby and it had big modern elevators. The apartment itself was very sleek and well appointed. The living room with kitchenette was large and comfortable, the two ensuite bedrooms were cozy with great storage and beddings. The apartment is swish and fashionable - truly like Milan. The kitchen had high quality pots and pans and cutlery. The marvellous Duomo of Milan is just a 5 minute walk and it is at the heart of Milan shopping and food. We did not step out even once out of that area in our 4 days stay. The best experience was the constant communication with Heart Milan staff. They were on the whatspp, checked in on us regularly and gave prior intimation for everything. On our checkpout, they held our luggage in their office ( about a 10 minutes walk) and called a cab for us. They also offered cleaning once, since it was a 4 night stay. This property definitely is exceptional on what you experience, where you experience and how you experience

Bad experience, I will not do it again

The location was good close to the center, but the noise of the train was annoying. You cant sleep.

The noise of the train was very loud because it is very close, hence, you cant sleep. This should be mentioned before booking the apartment. They knew about this because they provided ear plugs when I checked in. This is bad One of the room you cant close the curtain while switching on air condition. You have to chose one of the option, because aircondition is below the window, hence if you switched on aircondition, the fan air will push the curtains. The kids couldnt sleep because of the sun in the morning The toilet was only one without window and the exhaust fan was bad. Hence, there is always bad smell in the toilet because of humidity mainly.

Nice appartment inside, but the boring view outside.

Clean, nice stuff.

The elevator truly old and a bit scary. My daughter couldn’t use it. The apartment by itself even though is in the central part of the city, buildings around are grey and not interesting. Although the apartment has a nice balcony, where you can spend some time.

Location and unique interior. Balcony to the outside was a nice hidden surprise.

Some stuff was broken, like the sliding doors. We did not need to use them but when needed would have been annoying. The pictures on the booking.com website were not matching the house.

The location is very Good, it’s closed to centre and metro station. It’s very easy to enter the apartment. They were so helpful, sent all the detailed information step by step. The apartment is very clean, well designed and comfortable. We stayed just öne night, i wish we could stay longer. Addition to this we wanted to Check out one hour later and they arranged it 😊
