Good overall

Great location. I had a difficult time turning on the heat on the first day but when I contacted them late at night, they responded right away. Hot water was lacking a little bit, but overall it was OK. They could increase the water tank and the temperature and it as well.

great for shipping vacation

perfect location, excellent facilities, good building and quiet. big apartment for couple and baby. comfortable bed.

the only thing that made me rate 9 not 10 is the lighting system..the bedroom is relatively dark. I would recommend adding some light there

I didn’t sleep in a room but in a veranda

Location is superb. Easy self checkin and checkout are good and efficient.

The apartment its actually a Veranda so the room is basically outside the building (not inside walls). That makes the room very cold. Despite this they provide only one blanket and very tiny that doesn’t warm at all

Amazing location, spacious room to move around, good facilities and felt very safe, the host was lovely and accommodating

The water went cool after the second person needed to shower in the night, but it wouldn’t be enough to deter me from staying again. It was overall excellent

Location couldn’t be better !! General setup of the unit was really nice

Building entrance and elevators are old. No security. Room was cold and heating didn’t work. There is not a single electric outlet close to night tables.

Great location in Milan. Perfect walking distance for the sights. Apartment is cleaned every 3 days. Good facilities for a self catering holiday.

The bed was very uncomfortable as it is just a pull out sofa bed. The hot water tank is very small, so would run out after 1 or 2 showers. There was building work outside from 4am that woke us one morning. You expect noise in a city, but not usually this early.

Overall a nice place to spend two days in the heart of things

The apartment is located next to the cathedral, right in the center of things. It was a bit of a problem finding it, but in a conversation with the owner of the apartment, it was explained how to get there.

The price is high for a night without breakfast. Breakfast could be provided at one of the eateries downstairs.

Not staying there again

Not small

1 Hard to check in there is no car can reach front door nearest place for the car 200 meters away 2 you have to keep two keys with you one for the door outside the building and the other for the apartment all of them big keys 3 it says when I booked car parking available but when I came the parking lot far from the building about 6 minutes walk and it’s 25 euros per night and it’s easy to walk 6 minutes but it’s too hard to walk 6 minutes with your luggage with 5 suitcases 4 very very very noisy I tried to sleep at 10 pm and it’s too noisy and the noise stays until 1 am and still there is noise after that I had hard time to sleep

In the center,near to the Duomo

The apartment has everything you need for a trip, even an iron for clothes, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is very nice and clean. Communication with the staff is excellent, recommendation for the parking garage Matteotti (older parking but much cheaper, 24h/25€), and the parking garage Meda (24h/35€), very nice garage, enough space. both near the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at these roomy, clean, quirky, beautiful spacious apartments. I wanted to take the wardrobe home

Clean, spacious, great location, smooth check in and out, secure, great decor and facilities in the rooms. No parking on site as it is a pedestrian zone, but plenty of public parking only a 5 minute walk away.

Verry disappointed

The location

I have 2 rooms 4A Indira and 4B Rosita First Rosita stay in 4 B one bedroom apartment but aircondation not working. So at 22.00 the staff give another room 4 D this room ok but no sofa bed Indira room 4A after stay 3 hours one of the air condition leaking like rain fall so the room was wet and the other aircondation only fan The hot water only use for 1 person and her husband no hot water We complain every day but no solution there was staff come but no solution The first air conditioning cool but leaking wet everywhere The second only fan We hope there was compensation stay 4 night with no aircondation only fan Before we came there was email about construction in front the door. So they will give 10 % discount. Booking com also ask me about this. And I agree When time to pay I asked booking com why still full payment ? They told me that the the owner will pay cast when we arrive. But no one come. I asked them by WA they only promise to pay but no one come

Location is perfect. It’s very close to Duomo and restaurants, stores and tourist attractions all around it.

Hope the communication with staff was more efficient for checking-in. They are a little bit slow and I had to remind them for checking-in.

Great location near the Duomo and shops. Bathroom is well appointed. Host assistance was prompt.

Infortunately, the property has scaffolding with mesh that blocks the view. If scaffolding wasn't in place, the apartment would be ok.

Good location but wouldn't stay here again.

The location of the place is great! However, there were some issues. The bedroom had 2 AC units, but they didn't work properly. The WiFi also didn't work, and the shower drain was blocked. It was really hot both at night and during the day. Additionally, the cleaning team rushed us to leave, even though we were aware that we had to leave by 11 am. They came knocking at the door at 10:45 and 10:54 to make us leave. Overall, I think it's a great location, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was amazing, the room was right next to the Duomo. The key delivery and the person greeting us was helpful and very nice. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived

The glass insulation in the room was horrible, we could hear everyone outside the room (it’s a busy street) we couldn’t sleep from how loud it was. The AC in the room sounded like a generator so we would turn it off because of how loud it was, but then it gets super hot The bed wasn’t comfortable.

It was a nice experience

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is located in the heart of Milan, right behind the Cathedral and its perfect for visiting every attraction by walking.

The location was perfect but we had a lack of communication with the property due to our time arrival. They first told me i could be accommodated at 12:30 pm and then they say i couldn't. We changed the hole plan and at the end of the day, we ended up waiting there for 30 minutes for the owner to come.

The experience was one of the best you can have at Milan!!!

It was a wonderful experience at the best spot of the duomo. Everything was near to our apartment and the safety at the building was excellent. The room is the same as the photos and the bathroom was perfect.

The only problem was that the air conditions couldn’t keep our room warm

Great location however, very loud. The bathroom was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

It was in a great location and it was a nice room.

It was extremely loud from street noise and other guest. there was an altercation with a potential robbery with another companies apartments. the staff however, were very transparent with us about the situation and we didn’t feel concerned. The main downfall was definitely how loud it was.

Great location! 2 min walk to the Duomo. Everything with the facility was fine. They have kind and helpful staff. If i come to Milano again, i will choose this facility.

The water in the shower takes a while to go down the drain. Also, the tiles in the shower need to be replaced. They look dirty.

Great location right near the duomo and central shopping

The air conditioner wasn’t very powerful and the room got hotter with it on as the afternoon sun was directly on the room. The fridge wasn’t very cold and mattress was extremely soft which made it hard to sleep.
