Luca Stay Duomo Versace

La situación es genial, a nada del Duomo y del metro para recorrer cualquier rincón de la ciudad. El aprtamento es amplio, perfecto para 4 (sobre todo si 2 de ellos son niños/jóvenes que duermen en sofá cama), limpio y moderno, tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. El sistema de apertura por app no nos falló en ningún momento y la comunicación con Luca Stay fue más que correcta. Además, pudimos dejar las maletas, tanto antes del check-in, como después del check-out en unas oficinas ubicadas a 5 minutos del alojamiento. Estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

The location is amazing, it is quite and everything is very well set for your requirements! The staff are amazing, access is digital and the team very much reachable! The property is also so clean and they clean daily if you request not like airbnb houses.

Ver bad smell come from the kitchen sink There was no soap or tissue Floor was not clean Some towel give smell after wet Some times elevator didn’t work When we ask for a late check out they asked for more money even we paid 60euors for check in

Location was great

The rooms were not thoroughly clean there was hair and dust everywhere when I arrived. They had tvs but the internet connected to the TVs did not work. The host tried to help us but it was just for one night and was not fixed during the stay. Too much details asked during check in procedure and then also nudged to know the exact time for check out which I found stressful. No compensation offered for the non working tvs and internet and the cleanses of the room.
