Great location - easy walk into the Centro. The apartment was very clean, the host very responsive. Everything was controlled via an app, so it was easy to unlock and I was glad to see that once we left, we lost the ability to login again. I'm still getting used to the memory foam mattresses everyone is using these days, but the bed was comfortable. VERY hot water available, and the washer/dryer in the hallway did an excellent job on a load of laundry. Good coffee available, plus a couple of bottles of water.
An extra blanket would have been nice. And two bedside lamps. Other than that, it was just fine, albeit a bit lacking in character. Clearly a rental, no homeyness was involved.

Newly renovated, spotless clean, with high quality toiletries and hairdryer, the location is fantastic and the remotely controlled door and lighting was very convenient!

A great shower. Big bed. Cleaned well. Close to the Duomo. Luggage storage. The Concierge in the property was a super star. He helped us when we had no response from the host.
Check in process by phone which didn’t work. Communication with the host was poor at times. Asked questions but didn’t hear back for over an hour +. Bedding poor quality. Nowhere to hang coats although lots of empty walls. Extremely noisily all night due to a busy main road as well as banging from building work going on all day. The rooms were lit up by the many smart switches around the apartment which made it hard for us to sleep.
