Great spacious studio with kitchen in the area behind Duomo.

The best bed ever. I even made a picture of the mattress to buy it for at home. Great spacious studio with big practical kitchen. Also excellent shower.

Actually nothing. The only thing for me since I am a bit old school: there is no real key and all the doors open via a link on your phone or with a QR code. So, don’t lose your phone😉😅

Wonderful apartment with everything you could want or need. Would 100% recommend for any visitors to Milan

The property was just perfect in every aspect. Location was brilliant for a quick walk to the station and the Duomo Cathedral and Square. Plenty of shops nearby too! Modern decor and every amenity you could need including a fab Dyson hairdryer! Very clean, lots of storage space, powerful shower and such a comfortable bed! The hosts were very communicative throughout our stay and the concierge in the apartments is a lovely friendly and helpful man!

Comfortable stay and would recommend for couples.

Really comfy bed. Five minute walk from nearest metro station. Shop over the road for snacks. Good size space. Fridge and freezer both good. Nice complementary coffee. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Free use of the safe.

We didn’t find it an issue but accessing the property requires technology, so may not be suitable to someone not comfortable with a smart phone, which you need to get in and out of the building and your room. Also, all the light switches are quite bright in the night so if you need black out, it may disturb your sleep.

The location is fantastic. Only 8-10 minutes walk from Duomo.

The bed was too soft for my preference. I think one more pillow for each would be nice. My room was on the first floor along the street which I found was less privacy. I have to keep the curtain most of the time. But that’s not much of a problem because we’re out on during the day anyway.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff and would stay with them again.

Most comfortable bed we have slept in for a very long time. Very clean and very new and the staff tried so hard to help.

We ran out of hot water the first day, not realising a long hot shower after 24 hours of flights was going to cause a problem. There was no dishwasher detergent and maybe some extra towels would be handy.

Average facilities but nice and spacious

Great location!

The electronic entry/ exit system is dangerous! In the event of a fire one is totally reliant on having a phone handy and internet connectivity. The windows have strong bars on them and you could not use them as a means of escape. The door handle itself is confusing and,again, relies on electronic enabling to get out. I my opinion traveller safety is being compromised for the sake of owner convenience.

Perfect stay in heart of Milan

The suites are amazing, clean and modern and very well equiped as well as located. You can control almost everything through an app, starting from doors and ending with lights. The suites are keyless, which is convenient, because you don't have to worry about losing them. Although we had windows right to the street, it wasn't disturbing our sleep. Another great thing is the communication through Whatsapp. I would say instantaneous, every time I needed something, they answered within minutes and always were nice and helped.

During our stay the doors of the bathroom didn't work as intended, which affected the privacy a bit, but we were informed, that they are working on it and I believe that it will soon be taken care of. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say.

There was no safe closed place to leave our luggage in the morning aftr the check out in order to take a walk. We had to leave them at the ground floor outside the appartment at the common area in the building. :(

Excellent location with the bestest host, super classy apt.

Luca is an excellent host. Went above and beyond making us feel comfortable. We bugged him so much even over the weekend with so many things and he was so patient and kind and helped us by going above and beyond. His apartment is so well done and decorated. Very classy. The Dyson hair dryer was such an elegant touch to the whole experience. Thank you Luca, you are an absolute gem and so so kind. The van you arranged for us for the airport was so comfortable and the driver was so kind as well. Thank you. We will be coming back soon for sure. Wishing you the best always. PS; The apartment is stones throw away from the Duomo and all the shopping. We wud shop, walk back and put the bags back and go back again. Kept doing this...it is that convenient. Why miss important info so yeah ..must stay!

Well Luka is a great place to stay at great location amazing host and the fully automated process is so good, you can access everything and manage all the apartment from your mobile. Luka himself is very responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay so much.

Spacious, modern apartment in good location close to Duomo.

Great location (close to metro and walking distance to Duomo), comfortable bed, and modern amenities - even has a fully stocked kitchen with a bigger fridge and oven if you need it.

We had some issues controlling the AC, but the apartment staff supported us to resolve.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at Visconti Suites. It is in an awesome location, just near the main shopping district and centre square! Super comfortable and quiet. Staff were really lovely too.

We had one mishap with the door locks but staff were onto it immediately and were super efficient about getting it fixed. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant

The owner let us keep our bags before check in and after check out. The staff was a very sweet lady and helped us with all our needs. She responded quickly. It is a beautiful property equipped with everything you need. I definitely recommend. It looked new and modern.

Door entry system is all through the proprietary app, so it’s fine if you have internet, but when we arrived after midnight (as our plane was 4 hours late), we didn’t have internet connection at first so struggled to get in until we got an connection. Otherwise state of the art system.

Everything was wonderful!

I could rate this property as the best from what I’ve booked on this website, no doubt! From the moment we arrived, the staff was very accommodating and hospitable, their responses were instant with a very friendly attitude. The apartment was squeaky clean, it felt like everything was newly renovated just before our visit, all the facilities were absolutely at perfect condition, in comparison to a 5-star hotel I stayed in a while ago, this apartment was superior. Not to mention, the excellent location of the building, despite it been 3 minutes away from the Duomo it was calm and peaceful, we slept like babies. A huge thank you to Raffaele, who accommodated us throughout our whole stay.

super location, great value and super service

The key is digital which was tricky as I had 2 rooms on my one app. That caused a problem. However once sorted with the help from the host it was fine. I really appreciated the host being there and helping on whats app. Two things I didn't see if there was wifi available. Didnt see a sign or a passcode.
