This spacious apartment with excellent facilities is very well appointed and presented. It is located on the fourth floor of a modern building with a 24hr concierge and is accessible using two short flights of steps and two lifts. It is served by the M1 metroline San Babila station and is only a short walk to Piazza del Duomo. We had a great experience staying here and would not hesitate to rebook this apartment in the future.
The check in process was unfortunately marred by the fact that "The Best Rent" is a company with its own copious set of terms and conditions. This was not made clear at the time we booked with Booking.com and we had no choice other than to accept the Best Rent pages of terms and conditions sent by email 24 hours before we were due to arrive. In addition, Best Rent required our credit card details in order to blank out a security deposit, the amount of which was not disclosed to us. Had all this been made clear at the time of booking with Booking.com then it would have removed a stressful episode for us. For this reason we have marked down the communication with Best Rent.
