Large two-room apartment with planted terraces, bright, welcoming and well furnished. We are located in the prestigious Historical Center, on the seventh floor with elevator of a 1950s building. You can go, do, ask anything and you will find it in a matter of minutes. Shops, restaurants, monuments, museums, the hidden charm of Milan's most beautiful streets and buildings.
You enter the building through a gallery with bars and shops bordering the exclusive car park. From the concierge with a caretaker present all day, you go up to the seventh floor with an elevator. Once you cross the threshold, you enter the tastefully furnished apartment. The living room is very cozy with a view of the Milanese basilicas and the oldest roofs. From a lovely dining room you can access the small equipped kitchen and the first panoramic terrace with a 360° view of the historic roofs of the center of Milan, including the wonderful basilicas, furnished with table and chairs for dinners in the green on the roofs of Milan. Sleeping area with a large and bright double bedroom. Bathroom with bath and shower. Parquet floors throughout the house. Air conditioning.
