Terrible

Nothing! Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Our experience was terrible from start to finish. First, they tried to convince us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay them directly, promising a free early check-in (which would otherwise cost €50). This is completely unethical and a violation of the platform's rules. The stay itself was a nightmare. Upon arrival, the apartment had an unbearable smell and the indoor temperature was 29°C (84°F) with no ventilation. We tried to adjust the thermostat and turn on the air conditioning, but nothing worked. Due to the extreme heat and the stuffy environment, I suffered a serious medical emergency during the night (severe panic attack and vomiting). The exterior of the building was covered in scaffolding and trash. We contacted the property multiple times for help and were completely ignored until the next morning. We do not recommend this place to anyone! We will never go back!

Property was very nice on a perfect location just next to metro station . On a ground floor

Parking was very expensive 40€ / night and 10 min walk away from the apartment which was very troublesome . We Lhasa to drag our luggage .

The location was great! Right off the canal. If you have a lot of luggage do know that you will have to walk a bit!

Perfect Navigli stay!

The property was perfectly located right near the busy Navigli grande but not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle so we weren’t kept up by noise! We only stayed for one night but the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. The bed was really comfy too! The hosts were really easy to contact and very prompt to meet us to check in. Overall, no complaints 😊

If you like sleep, book elsewhere

The apartment is on a Main Street & canal of Navigli which is a happening, busy, lively area with lots of great restaurants. The tram & train lines are only a block away which makes it very easy to get into the main towns to see the cathedral etc. Location is the best thing this apartment has going for it, so if you're up for nightlife & not much sleep then this might be fine for you, but beware of the cons..

The bed. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is a fold out sofa bed and sometimes these can be ok, but this one had a thin mattress, sunk in the middle so you'd be constantly rolling towards the centre and it creaked & squealed loudly with every small movement. It was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever tried to sleep on. Neither my partner or I had any sleep the first night which ruined our first day exploring Milan because we were so tired. We considered booking another hotel but couldn't afford it so had to stick it out for 2 more nights. After the first night we untied the mattress from the frame and put the mattress on the floor which was an improvement but of course not ideal and not what you want after paying so much money. The evenings are also a challenge noise wise. We were aware it might be noisy being on a busy street so that alone is not the complaint, but in combination with the bed it made this accommodation extremely uncomfortable. Closing the window does block out a lot of noise from the street, but neighbours within the building were also very loud and it seems like the inner walls must be quite thin (or they were just incredibly loud neighbours obviously partying & talking loudly/yelling). There is air conditioning which is good because you need the window closed to block out street noise, except the air con also makes a loud dripping/draining noise into the sink all night. There were also dirty towels left hanging behind the bathroom door when we arrived so cleaning did not seem very thorough. If you are someone who needs sleep, then I promise you, book somewhere else and don't stay here!

Great view over looking the waterway, bonus was the elevator.

The location is fantastic right above the waterway so the view was beautiful. Close to transport to take you into central milan. Room was cute, elevator made it very easy as the room is on the 3rd floor. Lots of cafes, restaurants right outside your door. Little perculator and coffee supplied. Carlotta was kind and accommodating.

The sofa bed definitely needs upgrading. New kettle perhaps. Apart from that everything was great

Les photos ne correspondent pas au logement. D'ailleurs, l'adresse de l'appartement n'est pas celle donnée sur booking. Celui-ci est bien plus petit que sur les photos. Même pas de place pour manger à six personnes alors que le logement peut soi-disant accueillir 6 personnes.
