The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was a nice size. All of the linens were very fresh and clean. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
The area of town was very graffitied. I never felt unsafe although I expected to because of the general look of the area. I am very picky about cleanliness. Some of the shelves were dusty and the shower had mildew in the caulking which made things feel a little grungier than I would like.

It had private bedrooms.
Sofabed wouldn't slide in to use as a couch for daytime use. There was no light in the outside hall so you couldn't see to unlock the door. The entry system wasn't the easiest to use.
