A last stay of summer vacation to forget.

There was air con.

No free parking despite the fact it was written on the description when I booked (photo below). Water turns cold in the shower after a little while. Flush has broken push button. Water also kept flowing after I had to go and push again (pictures below). It’s difficult to find the key with the instruction they gave me. Beds squeak.

Warning – host demands cash at check-out, then disguises it as “damage” At check-out, the host suddenly demanded an extra fee in cash for a supposed tourist tax that had never been mentioned in the booking. After I refused and contacted Booking.com, she later claimed the exact same amount as “damage” to the air conditioning – without any evidence. This is misleading and appears to be an attempt to bypass Booking.com’s rules. Highly unprofessional behaviour

The landlord was rude

The apartment was fine, has everything you need and is a 20 minute bus ride from Diomo

The landlord was rude. At the entrance to the apartment we did not find the key. The owner didn't try to help, just sent us a laughing emoji. It took us two hours to find the key. He wanted money to come get the key. All the time sending emoji laughing at us. He got angry when we asked the neighbors to help us. There was no heating in the bathroom. There was no communication with the owner of this house, to find out. It is very important to have communication with the landlord.

good apartment in a cool area

nice apartment with all necessary amenities, in a decent condition. quite comfortable to stay. it's not a luxurious place - but very comfortable, very spacious and nice, and provides you with everything you need for a quality stay. initially there was some issue with the water drainage in the shower area, but it was fixed and after that there was no issue. the host was super-nice, prompt in reaction and really helpful. thank you very much! location is quite good as well, the area is close enough to Navigli canale and by itself has quite a few places around. So overall, quite positive experience.

Nette, gut gelegene Wohnung – wegen mangelnder Kundenorientierung der Betreuung nicht zu empfehlen.

Wohnung ist groß und für eine Familie gut geeignet. Die Lage ist gut. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Schlossproblem – unprofessioneller Umgang der vermieterseitigen Vertretung Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. Am zweiten Abend ließ sich die Eingangstür trotz korrekter Handhabung nicht öffnen. Auch ein Zweitschlüssel der vermieterseitigen Vertretung funktionierte nicht. Nach unserer Wahrnehmung wurden wir dennoch zu Unrecht einer Schlossbeschädigung bezichtigt; der Umgangston war unfreundlich. Wir warteten etwa zwei Stunden im kühlen Stiegenhaus und mussten in der Nacht auf eigene Kosten ein Hotel buchen, da die Wohnung unzugänglich blieb. Die vermieterseitige Vertretung unterstützte uns dabei nicht. Am Folgetag wurde das Schloss geölt; Ölspuren an Tür und Schloss sind von uns fotografisch dokumentiert. Ob zusätzlich ein Defekt vorlag, ist uns nicht bekannt. Erst am frühen Nachmittag konnten wir wieder in die Wohnung und unser Gepäck abholen. Zudem wurden 500 € für einen aus unserer Sicht unbegründeten „Schaden“ verlangt. Dies haben wir abgelehnt. In Summe erlebten wir keinen kundenorientierten Service: kein Entgegenkommen und keine Entschuldigung. Wir können diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.

Consigliatissima 💘

Soggiorno breve ma indimenticabile! L'appartamento bellissimo, impeccabile, con tutti i servizi necessari e curato in ogni minimo particolare. In pieno centro e soprattutto in una via molto viva e piena di attività utili (bar, ristoranti, supermercati) e fermate di bus e metro. La host premurosa, molto disponibile e di una gentilezza rara! Torneremo sicuramente, essendo Milano sempre una tappa per i nostri concerti al Forum, abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfetto

Die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung waren sehr ansprechend. Ich habe mir diese Wohnung für meinen nächsten Besuch in Mailand bereits vorgemerkt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich.

Trotz der erwähnten Kommunikationsstil-Thematik können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der excellenten Lage und Ausstattung

Die Lage der Unterkunft in den Navigli ist wirklich fantastisch - man ist mittendrin im pulsierenden Viertel und kann das authentische Mailänder Leben hautnah erleben. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr beeindruckt: alles ist modern, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Komfort lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, und man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde.

Während die Unterkunft selbst hervorragend ist, könnte die Kommunikation seitens der Gastgeber etwas entspannter und gastfreundlicher gestaltet werden. Die häufigen Hinweise auf Hausregeln und mögliche Konsequenzen bei Nichteinhaltung wirkten auf uns etwas übertrieben und nahmen dem Aufenthalt etwas von der entspannten Urlaubsatmosphäre. Eine vertrauensvollere und weniger restriktive Kommunikation würde dem ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck noch mehr entsprechen.

La casa è curata nel minimo dettaglio ed è pulitissima. È piacevole abitarci! La metro non è molto vicina, ma il tram proprio difronte a casa. La zona è piena di negozietti ed anche il parcheggio è proprio comodo.

Dobry apartament z kilkoma mankamentami do poprawy

Czysty apartament z dwoma sypialniami, kuchnią połączoną z salonem oraz łazienką. Blisko przystanku tramwajowego oraz supermarketu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Słabo zagospodarowana przestrzeń salonu, pomimo sporego metrażu, trudno było zjeść posiłek w 4 osoby przy małym stoliku, skromne wyposażenie kuchni i sztućców (wyliczone 3 kubki, 4 widelce etc.) oraz łóżko w jednej sypialni bardzo skrzypiało.

A szállás elhelyezkedése jó, apró hibák a felszereltség miatt!

A szállás alapvetően jó volt, de vannak észrevételeink… nagyon hiányzik egy mikrohullámú sütő, esetleg vízforraló és ami nagyon hiányzott egy normális világítás a fürdőszoba tükörnél! Ja és a konyhai felszereltség elég hiányos… pl 1 db bögre hármunknak kicsit kevés volt… az edények pedig nem voltak tiszták!

Me gusto mucho el Apartamento,todo muy limpio,tiene 2 camas grandes y con luz ambiental ,baño nuevo y equipado con lo prescindible y cocina y sala d estar adecuado para pasar unos días de vacaciones.la ubicación es genial para ir al centro andando o cogiendo el tranvía en la misma calle tienes la parada.la verdad que bastante bien 👌.recomendable para ir con amigos o familiares

Stanze ampie, letti comodi. Posto tranquillo in una corte interna. Zona comoda da raggiungere col tram. Self check in e out. Host premuroso, attento, indicazioni ricevute molto chiare.

Tavolo cucina molto piccolo per quattro, poco solido. Anche le sedie migliorabili. Assenza di piccolo divano (forse manca solo il cuscino che fa da sedile?). Mancanza di comodini, tranne uno. Rubinetto bagno con getto mal funzionante, lo scarico della doccia dopo un po' non riesce a smaltire l'acqua e tende ad accumularsi uno strato. Migliorie da apportare, ma complessivamente confortevole.
