The apartment is nice it has all the amenities needed, but management is not of good standards

The apartment is good and it has all the amenities needed, the location is good as well

when you arrive in front of the door they send you a lengthy link to fill in that could be sent before waiting in front of the door. it is stressful if it rains or is too hot to fill a link with all info with your luggage and stuff with you. The check pout at 10 am is not very nice, every hotel and airbnb have check out at 11 am, here at 10 am. the thing that is the most shocking though is that , i was there for work, i need to do my expenses and they can send you an invoice only the following month. go figure why an invoice cannot be sent upon check out, like everywhere in the world

Lovely apartment, but unsafe baby cot

The location was excellent—within walking distance if you plan to see The Last Supper the next morning. There were also plenty of eateries and parking garages nearby. The apartment itself was modern and clean, and the staff responded to my questions quickly .

We paid €60 for a baby cot, but it arrived without a fitted sheet and with a soft adult blanket folded inside—an unsafe and unacceptable setup. According to every recognized safety guideline (e.g. WHO, American Academy of Pediatrics, NHS), babies must sleep on a firm, flat surface with no loose bedding. Instead of fixing the situation, I was told “no one else complained,” and no safe solution was offered. Finally they said they would report it to management. I can only hope this serious safety issue is corrected for future guests.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind nicht die bequemsten.

Bedingt durch die Straßenbahn ist es relativ laut. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort, wofür die Wohnung nicht gemacht ist. Die Küche ist recht spärlich ausgestattet - weder Wasserkocher, noch Geschirrtuch oder einen Putzlappen (für das Waschbecken)... Es gab weder Besen noch Staubsauger - nach 7 Tagen sah die Wohnung doch recht wild aus.

Moderno apartamento en un edificio tradicional con un lindo patio interior. Alejado del ruido y a tan solo dos cuadras de la Estación de Tren y Metro de Cadorna. El tranvía también pasa muy cerca. Zona Segura
