Great position and apartment

Great Position and apartment itself was nice!

Rainshower not very comfortable and there was a problem wit hot water but the stuff fixed it soon!

Great place to stay with easy access to all parts of the city

Very well situated for our stay, just a twenty minute walk to the train station. Small supermarket just over the road open until midnight. Nice cafes and restaurants all around We were here for the Italian GP and this was a lovely oasis at the end of the day.

It’s really lovely but the settee in the lounge doesn’t have any head support and the beds are a bit hard. Just an observation but we are not complaining

Unpleasant checking, passable stay.

Spacious apartment

Checkin Process. Brera runs multiple apartments in different buildings, communicates in Italian and did not have clear instructions for finding the address. It took me 40 minutes from first arriving at the address provided at Booking.com to finally entering the apartment, all while trying to communicate over the phone with a single operator who would not always be responsive, out in the scorching heat at 36 degrees and luggage which I had to move over another 3 blocks to the actual address. The property itself was fine, and newly renovated but had a weird smell.

Great location, nice apartment.

Location is fantastic, even if it can be a bit noisy due to the vibrant scene of the area. Clean facility, easy in an out. Good bathroom. Good towels and nice touch on the wine, the Nespresso machine and the coffee pods. Makes it feel more like home.

I would suggest putting an ironing board and an iron. I know Italy is different to the rest of the world (in many things) but having the chance to iron some clothes could be useful. The temperature outside was mild during my stay so I cannot really judge the Aircon units except for 1 day where i thought it was not that strong but definitely fine for Italian standards.

Fantastic clean, modern apartment in lovely location.

Great location. Beautiful apartment - clean and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. Matteo who welcomed us was delightful. Very close to small but excellent supermarket. Lots of restaurants nearby.

There is nothing we didn’t like. A couple of suggestions; - Slightly larger glasses (for beer not wine) - non-feather bedding (I usually request but forgot on this occasion)

Ok place to stay for a hort visit to Milan.

Very nice and spacious apartment, the view from the living room / kitchen (to inner yard) is to construction site, but that is not really a problem, the building is a good one although has some scaffolding. Air-conditioning/AC worked very good!

Very enjoyable stay altogether, close to restaurants, cafes, shops and friendly staff.

The property was clean, modern, comfortable, clean beds with air conditioning and very adequate kitchen. Kind of host to have bottles of water & coffee upon arrival.

Slightly away from city centre of Milan but we’re happy to hail taxis as it was too hot to walk for long period of time.

Worst and unsafe and dirty and noisy place in Milan

Location is very unsafe and dirty and noisy. Host is very rude and passive. Office didn’t replied when there is problem. At midnight electricity went off. No hot water no electricity. We can’t take a shower. We asked them to make late check out because we didn’t got shower. They refused. They didn’t solve problems. Service is “0”. Worst place in Milan. Even in Italy

Good quality. It is recommended

Good location - 50 meters to the metro station, 15 minutes walking distance to Duomo, 5 minutes walk to the Hop-on Hop-off bus stop. The apartment is very clean, has all necessary for comfortable rest. Two bathrooms, which is very convenient. Two bedrooms (not just separated spaces for sleeping, but really two separate rooms with doors and privacy). The owners/managers of apartment were very helpful. There 24/7 connection with managers. So, it is really high-quality service.

It would be not bad to have iron facilities for those who want to this by themselves, especially taking into consideration that there is laundry machine. But in general it doesn't influence on the good quality of the apartment.

It was a last min booking, worth the price.. could be noisy

The location was great, close to the center and lot of eatery and fancy places close by. Close to many places and walking distance to metro.

Since it was weekend when we were there, it was quite noisy in the night. You could hear the ppl sing and shout even @ 2 am. Also it about 30 mins walk to to Duomo, so if you are travelling with family and young kids, please be aware. there is no direct metro or tram to Duomo or the places close to it. Gas stove was not working as expected, so we had some challenge & we also noticed ants in the bathroom.

Value for money stay in spacious apartment

Good communication with host and chech-in/out smooth. Spacious apartment with kitchen and large shower. Good wifi. Good bed and clean linen. Calm building and quiet neighborhood, but still well connected with metro.

The curtains do not block much light.
