The location couldn’t be better and the space is great. Good communication and helpful staff.

The apartment had on going decoration repairs on the wall’s painting, which makes everything looks a bit shabby. A lot of noise from the apartment above during the night. But it was not the property fault obviously. They were very helpful.

Overall great place to stay

The apartment was cute and cozy, with a great location in Brera—everything was within walking distance. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated having a lift, especially in a city where stairs are common. The little kitchen was perfect for making light meals, and everything was clean and well-kept.

The sofa bed was a bit too springy for a comfortable night’s sleep. Also, the shower head was held up with a rubber band, which was a bit odd and could definitely use some fixing.

Washing machine was listed both on their direct website and booking.com site for this specific property, however it wasn't working when we arrived. When I asked staff, they said that it wasn't listed, when it clearly was.

Pleasant stay at a central location in Milan

Centrally located with top attractions at a walking distance. 10mins ride to Centrale.

It was very hot in August and unfortunately the AC was not geared to cool the entire apartment. Rest everything was good.

Amazing location and nice property! We arrived fairly early and were permitted inside without issue.

The location

The sofa bed was broken so my kids could not sleep on it. It was tough as we had to place the mattress on the floor to allow them to sleep. AC unit was small for the space of two rooms so it was pretty hot. The building has a company on the first floor so during the week it got so loud in the morning.

The property was ideally located in the heart of Milan, surrounded by lively restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. Despite being on a busy main street, the apartment was impressively quiet inside, which made for a surprisingly peaceful stay.

An unpleasant smell in a dilapidated apartment. Ants everywhere.

Apartment number 8 is not the accommodation as written on booking and their website. The website said "NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENT". The apartment is dilapidated and has an unpleasant smell. The walls were in very poor condition, dirty. At 3 pm we took our things away and when we saw the condition of the apartment, we asked for new accommodation, but they rejected the request. The picture was hanging crookedly on the wall on one nail, the curtains were dirty, things, furniture were damaged. There were ants everywhere, even in the bed. The owners of the apartment sent a worker to paint the apartment before our check-in, we found him there at 4:10 pm, he tried to paint the walls, we only got even dirtier and the paint was noticeable. It is not written anywhere that there are works in the courtyard building from 7:30 am, it is noisy and we could not sleep! Unfortunately we are disappointed! We do not recommend it to anyone, on the contrary. I do not want others to experience the same. Our trust in Booking is also gone. The pictures are outdated and better accommodation checks need to be done. Very negative experience.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants, close to everything. Clean, well kept, hot water in shower.

Location is optimal. 20 min walk to the Doumo. 3 min walk to metro station. Nice restaurants in the area. Really nice location. The rental company was really supportive to fix and provide missing equipment.

The air conditioning system needs to be improved/adjusted, the cooling function did not work full time.

The location of this property is phenomenal. Right in the heart of one of the restaurant and social scenes.

The air-conditioning unit was fairly ineffective as the temperature was 35+ degrees during my stay. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

good central location. small kitchenette with toaster, microwave, fridge and utensils. good value for money compared to others in area. umbrella left out for us which was a nice touch, especially when it rained!

There was nowhere to store your baggage after check out which made it difficult given check out was 11 but we still wanted to go out in the day. keys were quite difficult to use but manageable. was also very loud at night so don’t stay here if you’re wanting quiet

The location of the apartment is perfect! Right in the heart of Brera, a short walk from all the main attractions with lots of things to do around and lots of restaurants. Very safe area and quiet at night. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. I highly recommend it for your next stay in Milano. The host is very nice and answers your messages directly.

Perfect location in Brera. Very close to attractions. Spacious and clean appartment that fits well two people. Flexibility in letting us in without upfront online check-in. Nicely decorated, stylish.

We found the bed not so comfortable. The heating is noisy and can't be regulated as indicated. For us, it worked the whole night and disturbed our sleep. Communication by phone can be a challenge in this part of Milan due to low capacity of the network. It is thus advised to follow the instructions and do the online check-in upfront at home.
