Väldigt fint boende, låg väldigt centralt till allt. Fullt utrustat kök, rent å välstädat,nytt och skön säng 🥰 café precis nedanför där vi åt världens godaste frukost ❤️

• Excellent location — close to the city center and main attractions. • Stylish and modern interior — the apartment looks cozy and well-renovated. • Air conditioning is available, which is essential during hot weather. • Drinking water was provided, which was a pleasant surprise.

• Early check-out at 10:00 AM. • No parking available and no clear instructions regarding the ZTL (limited traffic zone), which is important for those arriving by car. • No slippers provided, and only one blanket, which was not enough for four people. • Weak water heater — hot water ran out after two people showered. • Low ceiling at the entrance to the building — I hit my head when entering. • Poor soundproofing — at 3 AM, a group of people sat just outside the windows, talking and playing music. It felt like they were right in the bedroom. • No key for the bathroom door. • No safe box. • Unusual rules: guests are asked to wash the dishes and take out the trash before check-out — something I’ve never encountered in a short-term rental before.
