The host was very responsive and let up store our luggage in the apartment until it was ready for us. The location was excellent! We were walking distance to the Sforzesco Castle, the Milano Duomo and the Brera neighborhood. The building was quiet and the apartment was large with a balcony facing an interior courtyard that was quiet, peaceful and cool.

Unfortunately, the whole apartment was somewhat shabby and needed a deep cleaning. It appeared that the floors were quickly vacuumed but not washed. There were dust bunnies everywhere, there were stains on the closet doors in the bedroom, the bathroom floor was stained, the curtains were dingy and ripped. The balcony was dirty and the planters had no plants. The worst was the sewage smell throughout the apartment when taking a shower!

Location was perfect. Centrally located, walkable distance to Duomo, Sforza Castle. Apartment was in immaculate condition. Clean. Modern. Had everything we needed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The view from the window was lovely, and the location was convenient , making it easy to access local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The dining table was a nice addition.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment lacked basic amenities and maintenance. There was no mirror in the main living area or bedroom, only one in the toilet, which made getting ready very inconvenient. Several items were not functioning properly: the coffee machine did not work, the fridge was in poor condition with shelves dripping water, and the electrical socket next to the bedside table was unusable. The apartment was also stocked insufficiently, no hand towels and very limited toilet rolls. The staff were not welcoming. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations and would benefit from improvements in both maintenance and customer service.
