In the room there are also a desk and several design furnishing accessories.
The Gialla room also has a comfortable, small and silent balcony as it overlooks an internal courtyard.
At home there is also an air conditioning system and a central heating system but equipped with thermostatic valves, in order to always manage the distributed heat independently.

Excellent location with walking distance to shops, restaurants and historic sites. Clean and comfortable apartment with a big back window that provides some natural light. The air conditioning was not functioning properly but thankfully we didn’t need it during our stay. We would have liked some extra pillows. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again in the future.

My party arrived in Milan before 7AM. I communicated with the property about early check-in. We were provided with options for luggage storage. At noon, after storing our luggage and wandering around the city for 5 hours, we inquired about accessing the property earlier than 3pm. BNBulters is the management company for this property. We were quickly told that there was no way to access the property prior to 3pm. We lost 8 hours in Milan due to the regimented access provided by the management company.

Our family of four (my wife, me and our two, young-adult children) stayed here for four nights at the end of May, 2025. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Location: Brera is perfect and very safe. The apartment is a short walk from grocery, shopping, great restaurants, scenic landmarks, parks and public transport. It would be tough to beat, in this respect.Cleanliness: the apt is very clean and well appointed. Comfort: the AC is a bit finicky and doesn’t always seem to keep the apartment cool, but it’s a decentralized system and requires that you control the temp for each room individually. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice.Amenities: the apt has great amenities, including a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer continuously flashed errors that the filters needed cleaning and that the water tank needed emptying. The filters were easy to clean on my own, but because of how the dryer is installed, access to the water tank is blocked. I messaged management and they sent a technician to empty the tank, but the problem was not resolved when we tried to run a load of laundry.Finally: there’s a light smell of sewage when the guest shower is run. It dissipates over time, but the smell disincentivizes use of that shower, effectively making it a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt.

The property was an eccentric masterpiece in its day but needs some maintenance. The air conditioning works well.I liked the firm mattress on the bed, the location is great and it was mostly quiet at night.
