Bien situé pour rejoindre à pied le Duomo et une grande rue piétonne. La climatisation est appréciable. Appartement spacieux.

Le bruit de 3 lignes de tramway qui passent tout près jusqu’à 2h du matin est un peu gênant (ce sont d’anciens tramways) ! Les volets ne fermaient pas complètement.

Nice large apartment, clean, in perfect Brera location, with AC. also loved the breakfast and lunch places just down from the building!

Not flexible for early check in, we could not even drop our luggage somewhere in advance of 3pm. Check out is at 10am, so quite early too. Communication was very terse and not always timely, no directions given for checking in or out in the apartment. Overall, management was not particularly friendly, but we encountered no big problem either.

The apartment is very nice, though the toilet seat fell off while we were there for one night. Large, soft bed. Lovely shower with hot water and good pressure. Nice views of the street below. Excellent location and access to many of the tourist attractions.

The owners were very difficult to deal with. To their defense, it isn’t totally their fault. Their place is more of a short-term rental type of apartment, though they are renting it out on Booking.com. Booking.com warns against their hosts asking guests to use messaging systems outside of Booking.com. They also warn against using any kind of link sent from the homeowner. In Italy, guests must give personal ID information and pay a tourist tax. There is not a way to do this through the Booking.com platform. At a hotel, you normally give this information to the hotel front desk, staff. At this apartment, there is no staff and the owners are not on site. So they asked us to connect with them through WhatsApp. I tried to avoid this, but the owners were very forceful and un empathetic, and did not seem to know the Booking.com policies. The whole thing was a fiasco. Eventually, we succumbed and gave them our information through WhatsApp, which was not what we wanted to do. It was very frustrating and stressful. The owners could have been much more understanding and more familiar with the Booking.com policies.
